We (4 of us) walked in to the shop today. There was one other customer standing to the side. I walked up to the counter to order our drinks and instead of being greeted with a smile and a "hello". I got growled at by the clearly angry woman behind the till who said "step back so I can serve these drinks"... She then placed 2 paper cups on the counter. Um ok. I guess you could have said...sorry if you could step back I am about to serve the other customer... But nope. The only word I have that comes to mind to describe this woman starts with a C and is followed by 3 more letters. My partner tapped my arm and said "do you really want to give our money to a business that really doesn't want us here? Nope... We left.... Too bad it looked cute. I wouldn't spend a dime there and in this current economic climate, you would expect people to make an effort.. this woman probably should find a different job. Save your money. Go...

Walked in. Walked out. I generally always go to the place up the street for coffee and food when I'm in town. I thought I'd try this place. Cute. Indoors was cozy. Smelled great. Every piece of food they had on display for sale was wrapped in plastic wrap. It all looked to mushy and unappealing I couldn't bring myself to eat it. Environmental issues aside, the wrap tells me that this place doesn't care about quality. I get spoilage is an issue but does the food on display need to be wrapped too? Even Starbucks doesn't do that. Sorry guys but there are two really good places up the street with no plastic wrap in site. They get my...

Fantastic coffee, and fantastic sandwiches! I actually wanted to order the turkey and brie sandwich but they ran out just before I ordered. I ended up ordering the "yam-wich" instead, which ended up being one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Its a pretty small place and gets a bit crowded if more than 2 people are waiting to order. It took a while to get my order, but there was also minimal staff and close quarters. Maybe not the best place to stop if you're in a rush, but if you have the time it's 100% worth the wait. And every person who works there seems to be very kind and in good spirits, which is always...

I had the most wonderful experience at this cozy cafe! It is under new ownership and the care and love that the new owner is putting into the food and drink here is amazing. I enjoyed the most delicious chai latte and tried out their amazing homemade rustic bread. The whole menu looks delectable and the service was very friendly. This will be my main go to spot every time I come through Kimberly!

A busy and friendly place with a broad and diverse menu. There's a bike rack across the "street", convenient after riding the North Star Rails to Trails from Cranbrook. It was great to eat outside though there is some indoor seating, too (probably more when there isn't a pandemic happening). The coffee was really good also. This is a Kimberly highlight.
