all mc donalds locations are frustrating but this one is the worst. brand new place located in a hick town so people were really excited about it. but literally every time I go in there they screw something up. the cashiers never know how the coupons work or what sugar free vanilla is. they set up your order so you actually pay more instead of making it a combo. and for the love of god don't tell the cashiers that they screwed up your order. your better off using those automated machines. just make sure that they put everything in the bag because they will leave something out. its almost as if they do it on purpose.

08.21.17 wanted to add a second review but you can't. I have complained literally hundreds of times to the owner and nothing ever changes. unfortunately this is the only restaurant within 45 minutes so you really don't have a choice. I order through the kiosk because the cashier never knows how to process an order. and waited 10 minutes for for 2 ice coffees, nothing else just ice coffees. when I asked why it took so long the girl have me attitude and so I asked for a manager, when I asked him he walked away with his hands in the air confused. didn't apologise or explain anything just looked seriously confused, and this is the manager. I had to just walk away, I waited 10 minutes for the coffees, I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes to find out why I had to wait.

Do not bother stopping here, no matter how hungry you are.

As a stop of convenience each Friday evening this summer on the way to the cottage (there is no other quick-service restaurant around northbound), We keep ending up in this disaster of a McDonald's.

Only twice in the past 7 weeks have they gotten the order right on the first try.

Twice of the past three visits have we have not gotten a receipt from the order machine. (One of the machines seems to be not working each time we go in, and only one human at the counter to help. No one else acknowledges customers.)

Drive through customers take priority over the inside customers, as is evident by staff falling over themselves to run orders out to the parking lot. (The wasted manpower is mind boggling.)

The dining room is always dirty. Always. I can't even begin to describe the unsanitary state of the single-person washrooms.

The wait times for food are excessive. (13 minutes last Friday for a Big Mac. Not one of the new, overly-complicated burgers mind you, just a Big Mac.) You can't move for the back-log of people waiting for their number to be called...

No more. It is an all-around disaster.

This is the worst mc D I have gone to. I have been here several times and most, not all, the staff members are highly uneducated when it comes to working there. I'm talking about all the young workers I have delt with. Every time I get food it's cold. The people in drive though are busy talking to other staff members laughing about God knows what and don't turn to look at you. Making me have to wait longer when no one is in line. The worst was when a girl took my money and handed me my change, didn't look at me didn't say anything to me, she was just laughing and chatting to her friend. I asked what's my change 3 times to her and she looked at me said "I don't know" then closed the window and turned to her friend. I have bought 2 hot chocolate there and every time I have, the whip cream is melted by the time I get it. This staff really need staff members from other locations. Also they tried to charge me fore using the mc d stickers for a FREE MEDIUM hot bevarage, saying its only for coffee not anything else. This is the worst mc D I have ever gone to, staff wise. But the older ladies there are so nice and friendly, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have gone back...
