I just visited this location and had the most unbelievable experience with an employee named Andrew. My order was over $70 for 6 combo's. I payed and was asked to park. While parked I noticed one of my drinks were missing. So I called from my vehicle to make sure they got my order correct. The girl on the phone said "OK fries and a rootbeer?" I said yep she asked "Did you want to come back threw for the pop or should we just bring it with the other food?" I said no just bring it with the other food that's fine. 10 min later Andrew comes waddling to my car. Hands me some bags. I asked him "Where is the rootbeer?" He says "Yeah well you didn't pay for those items so we aren't giving them too you. If you would like them you can go wait back in the drive thru and pay for it. Another 10 min wait in the drive thru I get to the window and my foods all cold. I'm inset at how I have been treated I just want out of there. So he comes to the window and tells me they don't give away free things so thats why I had to come back threw. I said to him are you the manager? Do you really think that this is appropriate? You understand that I confirmed twice at the speaker and again via phone right? Why would you tell me you will bring it out only to come here and tell me to go threw again? Like I could have come threw while I was sitting here for 5 min after I called to confirm but you guys assured me it would be coming out. What makes you think its okay to waste people's time like this? His reply "Speaking of wasting time can you just get your fries and get out of here?" I demanded to speak to a manager and he told me that location had no manager its a group of supervisors that work together. He refused to give me a name to any one above him held his name tag out and told me I can contact head office with my complaint. I have delt with this man before and he is always very very rude. Read moreI spent more money on gas waiting in the drive-thru then I spent on my food and the food wasn't even worth $15! I come to this location often and the service is usually pretty good but my most recent visit was not. To start, when I finally got up to the speaker I was told to wait a second, it took a couple minutes. Then I ordered a uncle burger combo with no pickle and no tomato, I was asked to repeat it 3 times to get it correct and I made sure the order on the screen was right. Another 20 minutes go by and I finally reach the window, the staff takes their time to greet me as they were talking amongst themselves all while my food has been sitting there for who knows how long at this point. The first thing I did was make sure my order was right before leaving the window and sure enough there was a tomato on it. I asked for napkins (there were none in the bag) and the worker just turned and said something to the other worker, then he opens the window and asks again what I just asked for. Finally I got my napkins and I went home. Now I get to eat my cold burger and fries, but I only got a few bites into the burger when I realized it wasn't cooked fully. Annoyed I threw it out and moved to the fries only to find a long hair laying across all the fries. I cut my loses and just threw them out aswell. Read moreI usually come to this branch from time to time, but this was my first time ordering takeout in person, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.
When I arrived, one of the staff members clearly saw me at the counter but chose not to assist me. Instead, another girl came to help and took my order. The staff member with the nose piercing showed no interest in helping at any point, and even when I tried to explain what I wanted, she gave me the wrong items. When I politely asked for them to be corrected, she seemed unwilling to make the change and acted as though I was bothering her.
What upset me most was that she then tried to lecture me on how I should speak to her, even though I had been the one disrespected from the beginning. In the end, I just wanted my order so I could leave, but she even held on to the bag and delayed giving it to me.
This was a very unprofessional and frustrating experience. I hope management takes this seriously, as customers deserve respect and...
