I recently visited the Subway Alpine store on Feb 17th at around 1:30 PM, and it was an exceptional experience. The executive, Nardeep, not only prepared a mouthwatering Chicken Teriyaki sandwich combo but did so with such grace and hospitality that it truly satisfied my hunger.
Nardeep's attention to detail in crafting the sandwich was impressive – each ingredient contributed to the authentic freshness and true taste. The sandwich itself was a work of art, and it clearly reflected the effort and dedication of the young employees at this Subway store.
One standout aspect was the freshness of the veggies and toppings. I haven't found such quality elsewhere in Canada. The sandwich was not just delicious; it was a delightful experience that positively influenced my entire evening.
Moreover, the sandwich was freshly baked and warm, enhancing the overall comfort and satisfaction of enjoying it. The store's cleanliness and strict adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols provided an additional layer of reassurance.

The staff is so nice and welcoming, especially Manpreet.
I usually get the sweet onion chicken teriyaki on the flat bread, and everyone struggles with my sub because it's on the flat bread and not on the actual bread that holds the toppings easily.
Manpreet always gets my sub to remain intact without any of the toppings to fall out, and she makes the best subs.
My family and I try to go in when Manpreet is working to make our subs. Why I personally prefer to have Manpreet handle my sub is due to these reasons:
•She is very clean and keeps her station neat.
•She always washes her hands after each customer and puts on a fresh pair of gloves before taking the next customer.
•Is very kind, has a professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
•She is very generous with the toppings (adds enough lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, etc...) and always make sure to ask you if you require anything else before she rings you out.
•Advises you of promotions that are going on, just in case you weren't aware of them. If the promotion isn't one that you prefer, due to being on a certain sub or snack, she understands and will not pressure you to make an extra purchase just for sales. The customers needs are...
Read moreA bunch of us wanted a light lunch, so I called this location at 11:28am to see if I could order an assorted platter. Apparently, I had to pre-order the day before, but I was told that I could walk in and order individual sandwiches. I drove to the location, told the staff who I was, and asked for 14 sandwiches.
However, I was denied service, which was quite amusing. The manager of this location was only willing to serve me after 1 pm. I was told there wasn't enough bread, yet the bread container was full (as it had been before noon). I asked, "What about those breads?" and I was informed that they were for other customers. Sadly, there were only two customers in the store, including myself... So, there I was, willing to buy 14 combos, and I was told to wait over an hour just to place the order. :)
You can't have the cake and eat and too, don't be so greedy. Take the revenue when the opportunity has been presented! Especially when you can sell at a volume at regular price.
I happily took my business to Pita Factory next door, and they were extremely helpful and grateful for my patronage. Their staff even assisted me in loading my orders into my car, even though it was only three bags and I could manage it on my own. Thanks...
