Where to start Chicago's could always install brighter lights upstairs and downstairs. Its always so dark in Chicago's I am a regular and visit my buddies almost everyday. I see the billiards prices are going sky high, after advertising on June 8 2023 that !Summer is in the air 🌞beat the heat and join us 7 days a week for $5/person unlimited pool till 5pm all summer long! at Chicago's Kitchener. wow go back on your word much. Little false advertising happening. I agree with the gentle who wrote over two months ago that the washrooms are very dirty on a daily basis . The Mens toilet upstairs was not flushing and was not fixed for weeks. Pee all over the floor upstairs and downstairs. Disgusting. The staff was also notified of this. We find playing billiards upstairs the waitresses need to stop with the attitude, stop hanging around the bar and gabbing and actually serve the people who are playing pool. You can wait upwards of 10 to 20 minutes or longer to get a drink. That's ridiculous. The girls need to learn how treat their customers with respect and actually serve them in a timely fashion all the time, not just when they feel like it. They should shadow the gentleman who runs the downstairs. He never lets your drink go dry. He is always polite.Thats service. The girls not so much.

Your reply's are certainly open for interpretation. I am certainly not obsessed with Chicago's. Just responding to your outlandish comments and your lack of management skills. Your girls upstairs and downstairs are very slow. The gentlemen who runs the downstairs does not just sit behind the bar. He actually will get up and bring you another drink and food. He should be your trainer for the waitresses. I see you have not mentioned that you are going back on your word and you have forgot about the advertisement you put on facebook June 8 2023. Wow ...Make your mind up... That's a nice way to treat your billiards patrons. I am far from harassing you. Just stating my opinion and making sure people who read this actually see What's up. All while replying to your comments. No False Accusations .I have experienced your slow service many of times. Other people have as well. So no you don't have the best girls ( servers ). I never said they were awful. We come here because we have friends who meet here almost everyday and have learned to put up with the slow service. I am also not bashing your restaurant. I was just agreeing with some of the other unhappy people who have visited here. I am not hiding behind email or FB. I have come and talked to you before. Got nothing from it. I would have thought a restaurant owner like yourself would have been better on taking constructive criticism then you do. Anyway , yes it is your restaurant and you can make any changes you want. Your billiards patrons certainly did not like way you proceeded to implement the horrendous pool rate hike. We called the restaurant to book a pool table and a table for food. On the phone we were told that a table would be available and a pool table shortly after. When we got there, no pool tables were available. Whatever, we sat at a table and order two apps (jalapeño poppers and pickle spears) Only one app came out - and it was broccoli cheddar bites, which we DIDN’T order. We told the server, she apologized and then brought us the jalapeño poppers. Then tried to still charge us for the second app even though we didn’t order them. We then ordered mains because a pool table wasn’t available yet. We ordered bacon CHEDDAR burgers and a chicken sandwich. The menu stated the burger was an 8oz. prime rib burger - what came was a FROZEN beef patty topped with American sliced cheese. Not cheddar OR prime rib. The poutine on the side was made with shredded mixed cheese and gravy scraped from the bottom of the pan. We couldn’t even fathom to take a bite out of the burger. Another server then came over and told us a pool table was available for us and walked away. And never came back to give us to a pool table (what?????) Our original server brought our bill over about 1 minute after we got our food. We called our server over and told her there was no chance we were paying for the burger - if you can even call it that - or the app we didn’t order. She apologized and said she was going to get the manager to come speak to us. The manager didn’t ever come speak with us and just took the food off and avoided even making eye contact with us. Not to mention we never even got a pool table.

TL;DR: Bad service. HORRIBLE FOOD. And even WORSE management....

Came in here for lunch and a drink, since my family and I have been coming here for years (Kitchener location) June 5th 2:45- 3:25 the server who was working, she didn't even dare to come to ask me if I wanted anything. Sat there for that long and she even looked at me a couple of times, not one time dare to ask if I wanted anything ??? Seriously that's a customer service I never expected from Chicago Pub & Billiards (Kitchener location). Usually there's someone by the door to sit us down, this whole time that I was there, not one single person stood there to welcome or sit people. This is ridiculous !! I ended up going somewhere else. This will be my last visit here and I'm sure my family won't be going back. This is beyond disgusting customer service from the server, I didn't even dare to ask for her name. If you check the cameras, you clearly see me sitting there for so long and even served the table in front of me. I hope she won't make the excuse of "oh, I didn't see him" because she looked at me a few times. Serving the table in front of me, she didn't see me ? (That group sitting on the table in front of me) Came way after I sat here. Shame on her, if you are too lazy to serve people, that's not the job for you....
