i honestly had a great time but it was ruined by the bouncers at the washroom. they will make you leave your drink outside of the washroom. i obliged to that even though i was weary as a woman leaving an open drink out of my sight. i asked the bouncer to watch it and make sure nobody messed with it. when i came out of the washroom the drink was gone. obviously i was upset that my full drink was gone, but when i asked the bouncer what happened he said he didn’t know because he stepped away. this is really concerning to me because there was full possibility that people could spike drinks when bouncers weren’t looking. when i confronted him he said that his only job was to make sure people didn’t bring drinks into washrooms. then his coworker came down and told me that i didn’t know anything about rules and was really rude and aggressive towards me. please train your staff to be kinder to paying customers, and watch over women’s drinks or let them bring them to the washroom with them. it’s clear that management is more concerned about people adding more alcohol to their drinks in the washroom than girls getting spiked by...

Wow, great place! I went bar hopping with some friends, we went to Irish pubs to mainstream pop-clubs, out of all of em I'd say this is the best bar I've been to in Kitchener. The set-up of the interior is nice and wide open, with a nice dance floor, bars on the side and great balcony on all sides overhead, there is even sports put on a projector screen in the back, though this is a country bar, not a sports bar, so don't expect too much from that side. Selection of country music is great and the bull riding was an awesome experience, and the beer was fresh and cold. The staff was also really kind, ready to provide you with anything you need quick. If I go back to drink at a bar, this is the place I'm going to go. I even recommend this to friends. Place used to be so fun, had so many good memories from 2019, now it's absolutely disgusting, white security guard calling my friend the N word hard R, his buddies laughing. bathrooms are always down, they don't bother fixing just leave it leaking human waste all over the floor, the bartenders are all super old and look like they would rather die rather than serve you. The older women didn't even give me change for a 10 when my drink was 5.75... I was gonna tip but taking a 85% tip without asking when all you did was open a can is crazy. The security at the bathrooms was so sus saying he's not watching your drink and literally said he's not responsible if someone puts something in it... definitely the biggest fall from glory of any locally famous bar I've seen, absolutely disgusting.
