We ordered food from this business for an event . Not one item was good in taste except vada .This has nothing related to missing chutney as that was the least of the issues.The food overall is below average. All the rice items were undercooked. Our guests couldnt eat the rice items. We had to order veggie biriyani from a near by restaurant in Brantford . I am not exaggerating at all. Egg plant curry doesnt taste good at all. The okra item was just plain ok. Dessert was just ok as well. Sambar was ok ok. Vada was the only one item we liked .Other than that Guests didnt enjoy the food neither did we . We have to throw away a lot food as guests didnt like them and had to order some food from else where.I know that they have great reviews from other customers but our experience with the food is very underwhelming. I was not planning to leave a public review for them. I have provided the same feedback to the owner of the business privately on whatsapp and she didnt respond. It has been more than a month since I sent her the feedback.But zero response. New South Indian cuisine that offers some unique food items in Kitchener. The restaurant location is a bit different, some people might find it difficult to identify. Owners are super nice and are willing to go the extra mile to satisfy customers needs. Definitely worth trying.

They offer side dishes such as sambhar, korma and etc to buy separately, this is worth looking into it.

The food I ordered is as follows, I am giving my honest opinion and some suggestions for improvement as well: Masala Vada - Could be a little more spicy with some crunchy lentils Podi Idli - Homely taste vibe Onion Uttapam - Tasted good, Packing was awesome. Chutney was really good. Suggestion to use little less oil and batter lacks a bit of fermentation. Salt is low in sambhar. Mysore Masala Dosa - Tasted good. Lacked a little salt and was not that spicy Vegetarian Thali - This is worth the money and presentation was good. Pappad was awesome. All the main dishes were good. The sambhar and rasam requires a little more salt. The sweet was the only thing that wasn't that great, it was decent.
