This location over charged me over 25% of my order value, fought over the phone accusing me of having the item that I don’t have. They then offered me a burger the next time I go in and when I called corporate about it they offered me 1000 points?!… I’d like my money back, as you guys over charged me. And for the time spent dealing with your mistake my food was sitting getting cold. So yea I’d like my money back on my food too. But there not willing to do that. Horrible service, they don’t even watch what they’re typing in half the time, this isn’t my first time having problems with this location. Just watch what you’re being charged for and make sure to check your food before eating/leaving I’d like to add that the 2 workers and the store manager that I spoke to were very hostile. The manager said she wasn’t allowed to give me the first employees name that I spoke to even though I spoke with him for 5-10 minutes and he was extremely rude. They thought it was a joke or something and i honestly don’t even feel comfortable going back to resolve the issue. So I’m without that money now:/ (pictures included.)

The number of things that disappointed me were astounding. I use curb side for specific reasons. I discovered after the fact she gave me less than half the amount of cream I need. Additionally I got 2 simply sausages, requesting no cheese, but adding mayonnaise. Despite the cheese being a more costly ingredient, I still paid an extra dollar for the mayo (fine), but please look at the pic I uploaded and tell me there's a dollar worth of mayonnaise there? Finally, the hash browns were very oil laden and stuck to the paper sleeve they come in. For the prices they've risen to, I'm disappointed at the subpar foods and subpar service.

Regardless of what food you order or the quantity- always expect to get to the 2nd window & be asked to park in one of their designated waiting spots. They have several. It won't be because your food is being prepared or they're waiting on a fresh batch of anything - it's simply because the franchise has a competition for the fastest restaurant. This involves all of the McDonald's locations [at least within the region; possibly a larger area, but the tri-cities for sure]. Their times are not realistic even for a robot to be accurate & considering I have parked and waited 5 minutes for a single Happy Meal I. Was. Pissed. it is obviously giving them a false sense of pride, because they aren't working hard enough to achieve those unrealistic times, and are still the #1 location. This has encouraged other locations to start parking customers for an order of 1 item.

Once they park you, you're no longer a priority because their time has stayed so low & they can take their sweet time preparing your order while you watch as they park every single car and slowly start to bring orders out at their convenience. The locations and employees that actually have realistic times, work hard under the pressure of rush times & chaos and do so without faking their times by parking everyone should be the ones rewarded - not the ones lying and cheating to be on top as long as this store has. Your customers should be your top priority- not faking times to pretend you're the fastest store...

I recently dined at the McDonald's located in Kitchener, and my experience was generally positive. One of the standout aspects of this particular branch was its efficient and friendly service. The staff was attentive and quick to take orders, and the food was prepared with reasonable speed.

My friend is visiting from near Winnipeg and works at McDonald's. My sister is visiting from England. Today, we went to this location so he could have a mcmuffin and she could have a coffee. The miserable old lady at the counter immediately told him he couldn't have anything he ordered because of Monopoly pieces. So he asked if they could just wrap the food in a non sticker wrapper and give him a cup without a game piece - something that should have just logically been done. She then told him no he couldn't just get a coffee in a regular cup, he couldn't have coffee at all. My sister was the one getting the coffee, and she is NOT an employee. She finally had to speak up and get the coffee on a side order. There is no reason this grumpy human couldn't just put the coffee in a cup that didn't have game pieces - it's not like they throw away old cups because Monopoly came. She was rude and confrontational for absolutely no reason. She should in no way be working with the public. The worst part was some random blonde in the back yelling that she could lose her job for giving him a coffee while a manager was right there and said nothing.
