I would be happy to write a positive review for Mr Sub's staff!

I recently visited Mr Sub and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. The staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through the menu and answering any questions I had about the different sandwich options.

What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the staff. Despite the busy lunch rush, my sandwich was prepared quickly and with great care. The staff even took the time to ask me if I wanted any additional toppings or condiments to make my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Mr Sub and it was all thanks to the amazing staff. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made my visit a memorable one. I was getting home from work late and my wife called to ask if I'd stop and grab subs. I looked at the time and replied they close in 15 mins but I'll try. So I stopped in at Doon location in Kitchener. I walked in at 945pm they close that night at 10:00pm. I was greeted by a young lady named (Gravinder my deepest apologies if I misspelled her name.) My first words out of my mouth were I'm so sorry I know you close soon but could I grab two quick subs. She kept telling me no worries sir. No worries at all. But being in retail I know the feeling an employee gets when a customer walks in near close. She made our subs to perfection all the while chatting me up while working away. I was in and out in less the 10mins. Who ever the owner is they need to give this young lady a substantial raise in pay. You have a golden employee that most owners/managers would kill for. I think they make better subs than Subway. The bread is a little smaller but who needs that much carbohydrates anyway. I like that they have a rotating daily special where I get to try something new today. The staff grilled my sandwich and that gave it such an enjoyable texture.

Staff was efficient and polite. I find the lettuce here fresher and more moist than the dry crunchy ones from Subway. The veggies here taste and feel more real.

Roast beef is very good. Going to try something else later this week.

I changed my rating to 5-stars as on the second visit, they did give me a cup of cold, tap water. The server told me that the other staff who said they don't provide complimentary tap water was new and did not know. (Well, she should have asked instead of insisting I HAD to buy bottled water.) Anyway, hope the message got through so....this is a good place...
