Day before yesterday we ordered 1 lb oven baked fish and that was disgusting. We called their customer service, they said us to visit in person in store. When we went there in store, we told them that it smells very bad so we don’t need it but in reply we listened from them that we r selling this same fish from morning. I asked them to take this back and in return just give us medium pizza because I had to go in my shift @10:30 and I was in store till 10:05 but they said I have to pay extra for that. Which was wrong. I also worked in a food department but their rudeness was wrong. Like, I don’t like their service they don’t care of any customers service they r just to make money. Nothing else. They really deserve zero star but no option for that that’s why giving 1 star. Otherwise,...

I ordered for the first time. My friends and I were celebrating a friend’s birthday.

We ordered a family meal (two Indian style pizza, garlic bread, potato wedges, and Indian style chicken wings).

We picked up the ordered and came home. We ate ONE WINGS EACH and we knew the wings are not Indian style. We called the shop and asked them what they can do about the order. They asked how many wings did we eat and that was 5 wings. They said they cannot do anything because we ate 5 wings. And they cannot replace because we have only 5 wings left. They said we should have called before eating the wings. How could we know the wings are not Indian style with tasting them. This doesn’t make any sense.

Need to change rating and review Customer service made a wrong pizza told them they will take care next time . What about this time they must accept their fault and resolve it Owner is rude yesterday night I order same pizza asked for chilli flakes and oregano sachet the person given , Today next day morning order : Person working :” we not getting order of sachets “ there is some on table take less less we don’t have much as well If asked for whole wheat pizza they giving white pizza called them for issue his respond : whole wheat is also has a pizza contains in it

Food is good and great , But 0 star just because of cheap attitude and rude answer by your customer...
