Noodlebox — Restaurant in Kitchener

First of all, totally wrong order. It happens I don’t leave negative reviews for something that was a mistake. However when I called to ask them what the ingredients were in the meal that had a few bites taken out of it before we noticed it was the wrong meal, the man I talked to was impossible to understand what he was saying and he had no idea what I was asking him.

When you have severe food allergies that can place you in the hospital it is very important to make sure your orders are very specific with ingredients that you can safely have. We made that order. However what we received was not the order we placed. Then when asking what the ingredients were in it the replies were incomprehensible and I had to ask over a dozen times what the ingredients were before they gave the phone to someone who understood what I was asking.

Not only all of that, the meal that was ordered was vegetarian. The order received was not. So now you have fed someone meat who is a vegetarian. The only solution they had was for me to drive to them, when I paid for delivery, fees and tip, to come and get the correct order. That was it.

So if you have any concerns about allergies then don’t order from here. If you are a vegetarian then don’t order from here. They don’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation as far as health and safety goes or for someone who...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, a fantastic Chinese restaurant that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home.

The menu offered a wide variety of authentic Chinese dishes, each more tempting than the last. I decided to try the Kung Pao Box and the, it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing the chef’s expertise in Chinese cuisine. The presentation of the dishes was also top-notch, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Nisarg. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure that everything was perfect for us throughout the meal. His knowledge of the menu helped us make great choices, and his genuine care for our dining experience was evident in every interaction. Nisarg’s professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced our visit.

Overall, NoodleBox is a gem for anyone who loves Chinese food. The combination of delicious dishes, a cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service from Nisarg makes it a must-visit. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an unforgettable...

I would like to share how I personally feel about this new location and the staff without a bias or one sided angle. Let me start by saying pad thai is my personal favorite just the right amount of sweet and tang, I'd like to add I've had it about 5 times and everytime was consistent with the last time (which is huge these days). The bowls are filling ( at 6,2 300lbs ) one bowl is very satisfying. The hospitality and kindness of the staff is a breath of fresh air, any concerns or issues just let "chef" know and he happily helps you out ( the bowl will turn out exactly how you would have liked it ). I've also tried the garlic chicken with rice, I'd give it 9/10 only because to me the honey made it alittle to sweet (for me). But like I said if I would have known that I would have asked "chef" to put alittle less sauce and he would have happily helped me out. I've lived in the neighborhood my whole life and I can honestly say, it's the best experiences I've had in a while.... I always look forward to my next visit. It's somewhere that you won't hesitate to show other and you will be back! Thanks to the staff for treating customers like owners and keeping the place clean. Appreciate it...
