Pisa Pizzeria — Restaurant in Kitchener

My family has been ordering from here since they opened, we loved there product and value for the dollar. The 2 men who started this company gave a happy and proud atmosphere, along with good tasting pizza , we ordered min. 1 x a month normally more let alone our teens who ordered multiple times a week! Always a 5 star experience back then!!!!! We don't know if its due to being more busy, or lack of hiring skills but my children no longer go there ever..... And we have cut down ordering over the last at least 6 months min. We know not to order in the begging of the week....why ? Well either the person on the phone can't take down your info for delivery and read back your order or the same person or the pizza maker obviously doesn't like meat because portions are cut beyond half! Sometimes its all the toppings that seems offencive. The best times we have noticed to order is between Thurs.- sat. Evening between dinner an no later then 9 pm. A shame really. Now its come to the point that even those days are not safe! The past 6 months we have paid a different price nearly every time granted only off normally a couple dollars but still? Product is still a variable and forgetting dipping sauces is a norm now. Normally with a pizza its bad but not nearly as bad as a panzarotti! You get 1/ 3 rd of only dough you need the dip!!! So recently i would phone to have it dropped off to me so I could enjoy my meal which is now cold waiting for a driver to show, and of course no one does cause its only a dip! Well now my 10$ panzarotti is now a reheat or garbage until I go and buy stupid dressing! Thanks for not only wasting my time ordering cause it now takes 5min. To relay a phone # multiple times and another 5 min. To do the same with my order! Now I don't get to eat...

I recently visited Pisa Pizzeria and had an amazing experience. The pizza crust was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch, balancing a soft interior and a crispy exterior. It's probably one of the best panzerottis and pizza in Kitchener-Waterloo-Guelph. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, maybe they had a bad experience or a odd event, but some of the one stars seem like just whining or impossible situations. I mean... Complaining that the cook didn't have a mask on? He's working with his hands in a real oven, how did you think food was made? If you find a restaurant where they use full body rubber, gloves and mask, you might have stumbled onto a military testing site. Some of these people need to seriously stick to buying mass produced twinkies at Walmart instead of attacking dwindling Canadian...
