I am extremely disappointed with the experience my son and his friends had at this Subway location today. After school, they went to grab a bite and the service was notably slow. Despite this, they were patient and respectful throughout their visit.
Three out of the five of them ordered food and were eating at a table in an almost empty restaurant, with plenty of available seating. Shockingly, the owner harassed them for supposedly taking up space. He demanded that my son, who had already finished his meal, prove he had purchased a sub by showing proof of purchase. when he said that he can show the payment made from his online banking on his phone, the owner said there was no need. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially given the lack of other customers at the time.
To make matters worse, as they were leaving, the owner accused them of moving a chair. When they explained that they hadn’t moved it, he immediately banned them from the store without giving them the opportunity to correct the situation and move the chair back.
This owner demonstrated a lack of professionalism and an unnecessarily aggressive attitude toward young customers who were simply trying to enjoy their meal. I understand enforcing rules in a busy restaurant or addressing disrespectful behavior, but this was far from the case.
I strongly advise against visiting this Subway location. I hope the owner reflects on this incident and learns to treat all customers with respect...

He said he hadn't received the order yet..so I sat down to wait. After he served the person who came in after me I asked him about my order, and he said " Yes, I got it" . But then he proceed to make up orders for three new people who had just entered! Only when there was noone else waiting did he start my order. When he was done, I asked him why he wouldn't make up my order before the designated pick-up time since i was actually in line at the store. I found that behaviour rude, and told him, before writing this review. I don't recommend pre- ordering to this location unless you know you will be after that time. Read moreI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Subway. It took over 10 minutes just to place our orders, which was already frustrating. After finally getting our food, my friends and I sat down to eat.
After we had finished eating and thrown away our trash, the owner approached us and accused us of not being customers. We tried to explain that we had just finished our meal, but he demanded to see receipts, which we no longer had.
As we were getting ready to leave, the owner questioned why there was an extra chair at our table. We explained that it was there when we sat down, but he didn't believe us and ended up banning us from the store.
This experience was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this...
