Spicy food and spicy sambhar overall. Menu is confusing too. I think only very few items are selective and good to eat as others are not much impressive.
Requesting for less spicy food while ordering a food is not an offense.
Seems Cook has a lot of attitude problem when requested for less spicy stuff. Ready to argue with customers instead of understanding the customer requirements like less spicy or customized things. He sent me a rude message through server which triggered all the issues after the payment.
Sending messages from kitchen to silent , polite customers are definitely not restaurant ethics and a decent way.
These all things come when some places are overrated and I am sure that at some moment , restaurant will realize and address the actual issues of the menu and spice instead of changing the tracks.
Raising the voice at anyone is bad and specially at customer who are polite and with family of 4 including 3 matured females . I made the payment without utter a single word and was on the way to exit but still being stopped and embarrassed by staff infront of my family. It has been noticed by other customers also for which restaurant should work definitely .
I also know that it’s a misunderstanding and the girl who served was a nice person , confident and talented girl therefore no complaints for her. But seems 100 % overloaded with work and packed at that time.
Note:- Overloading employees with lot of work is actually a disrespect and there should be some help available at front desk for the customers and employees at peak time.
Music was really loud and in a repetitive mode at YouTube during my visit. Bringing these concerns are actually a positive thing. It’s going to help restaurant for better options.
Sure, not a best place for South Indian as Ambience and hospitality were missing also there.
Good restaurants owners are those who takes all feedback in a positive way and work for the best. I wish you good luck and truly believe that you will work on the flaws instead of arguing. Otherwise no feedback is worth giving and you will keep loving the good...
Read moreA superb restaurant you don't want to miss! The meals, prepared in-house are genuine reflection of this cuisine. Dining here offers you a chance to step into South Indian culture of food and to learn about its food delicacies, which are made totally authentically. Everyone working there is also excited to tell you about each of the meals. For us, each meal was absolutely delicious, and the chef found it very important that we enjoyed and were content with our meals.
The service is fabulous- the server described how each meal was prepared, and gave us a sense of excitement when we ordered our meals. They consistently returned to ask how we were enjoying our meals and if there was anything else we would like or need. The owner made a special trip to our table to consistently check on us as well. What was remarkable to me is that he was also doing this for every other table, seated at his restaurant. The owner cares, as do all the members of his team. Whether you are a party of one or 10, this restaurant can accommodate you, and is glad to do so. We were a reservation for 8 people.
The food here is delicious, the place is very clean, and everyone working there, including the owner places a focus on your experience, as if you're the only ones in the restaurant, while it's packed. Above all, the owner and everyone working there are proud of the restaurant, and are committed to those who dine there.

I recommend that anybody dine here. Everyone is very welcoming, and it is clear that they all find joy in their guests' enjoyable experiences.
Thank you Jayalakshmi for the great meals. We will definitely be coming...
