Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kitchener

I have eaten from this Taco Bell many times as a former Conestoga College student and have never had a bad experience, however this past week on Wednesday night my partner and I were extremely disappointed in not only the food quality but the way we were treated. We arrived just before 12:30am and placed our orders, upon receiving and tasting them we noticed both our meals which both include large portions of rice, had little to no rice at all. We were confused so we asked the workers why this was and they told us they were closing soon and didn’t have time to make more rice. We then checked their hours and they close at 2am. We were a little frustrated they were closing an hour and a half before they were supposed to, however we understand and forgive unpredictable circumstances within food service. What we couldn’t understand was when we had finally sat down to eat our meals, we were told we had to move our car immediately to make room for their delivery truck. We were a little confused as this has never happened in any food place we’ve visited, especially considering our car was parked in the Taco Bell parking lot and not off to the side in the way. We were annoyed at this point that we had to now leave our unfinished meals that were also made wrong and poorly. Overall the visit was upsetting and frustrating, I would not recommend going during the evening or night time as the workers seem to be annoyed with the fact they are employed and treat the customers...

Well, I have two experience to share. One being from father's day 2021. We were here and ordered chalupas, supreme fries and many more things, but the quality of tomato was absurd. As if it was not checked before putting in the assembly table. They were quiet rotten and had pungent smell. We did tell the server about it, hoping that new customer won't get the same thing. Today when I came back, had chalupas and supreme fries and ordered 7up. Instead what I got was a simple water soda. I dont know what is up with these people. May be they are too lazy to read the order properly or may something else. But for sure they need some re-training. I HOPE THEIR SERVICE GETS BETTER IF I DECIDE TO VISIT AGAIN SOMEDAY.

Unfortunately I visited again yesterday because I was hungry and ordered some food. The guy on the counter asked me to put the review until I wait for my food. To be honest it wad not long like probably less than 5 mins for them to give me my order.

Well I came to know from the first bite how it was prep within 5 mins. So I also visit taco bell in other places but they always serve warm or fresh chalupas But this location is worst.
