I usually stop by this location early in the morning around 4:35 a.m. on my way to work. Unfortunately, this is now the second time I’ve experienced an unusually long wait in the drive-thru—approximately 10 minutes from the time I entered until I received my order.
I wanted to bring this to their attention because it affects my punctuality at work, despite leaving home on time. When I mentioned that the service pace needed improvement, the staff responded defensively rather than acknowledging, explaining that only two workers were on shift at that time. I suggested that if they are unable to handle the volume, they should request additional support from their manager. The associate then told me to address it with the manager myself, which I believe should not be the customer’s responsibility.
Additionally, it was clear that customers inside the store were being served more quickly than those waiting in the drive-thru. Since this is the only open drive-thru on my route to work at that hour, it’s disappointing that service is consistently slow and unaccommodating.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving early morning service and staff communication. It would make a big difference to regular customers like myself who rely on quick service during...
Read moreI ordered two drinks, Strawberry creamy chill and oreo the new one. This is what the drinks were like, I clicked only one pic of Strawberry creamy chill forgot to take another but trust me, it was terrible as well. Me and my gf asked them to see and put some more as usually we go every store for Strawberry creamy chill and never received such a thing. The strawberry pumps were terrible, it was barely having any taste.
When asked to change they told us this is how they make, there is a chart and when we said but this seems to be off from that chart as well.

Attaching what I used to get here as well and what I received this time. The picture which has brown paper bag, red tim hortons cup and Strawberry creamy chill is the old one.
Problem is not wirh drink but with the customer handling of employees, as this will be pulling the numbers down of customers coming in. Standard procedure should be they should look into the matter and reply with a polite gesture and not this is what we get.

This place should learn customer service, when I went to buy a coffee I had a survey code the lady taking order was very rude and said you cannot use the code twice a week by making a very mean face ( tho I know my friends who use it thrice a day ) , very very rude behaviour. Even I work at a food service place , and customer is our priority. No smiles , no greetings just dull and rude face . Never recommending anyone to go at this tims to spoil their mood.
