Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kitchener

So it's late at night And do you remember when Tim Hortons? used to be 24 hours all of them. Yeah not like that no more folks anyhow I managed to find one here and it's downtown so it's local to where I'm at. Go there fairly often spend a lot of money here until I said that I am DONE with. Tim Hortons now, this girl Leticia couldn't have been the most awful customer service representative I've ever met my life not only was she very inappropriate by her demeanor, serving me as a customer I do not know how she got a job. it's late at night so sometimes you don't have food. I understand in between the bakers cooking and what not well I asked if there was any food and she said no very rudely and then I'm sitting there and I watched her pick her nose and eat it right in front of me without even paying attention And I said, I thought you said you had no food!!! so when she went to serve me my coffee like I mean like there was a lot of green stuff on her finger. It was disgusting. I puked right there and I drove off. I couldn't take it! I came in first thing at 5am o use the washroom. But I ordered first even though I didn't want to have to bring my food into the bathroom with me because this location had given me issues before about use of the bathroom so I figured I'd make sure they knew I was a paying customer. So I ordered and asked to use it and was told that it wasn't open until 6 am so I say down and had my breakfast/coffee while I waited. I even went up and ordered more food during my wait. When it was after 6 I asked again to use the washroom only to be told then that it was out of order because it needed to be cleaned. I'm sorry but why wasn't this done before the store was open? Out at the very least during the first hour that apparently your bathroom isn't open for??? I need to use the washroom very badly at that point. If you serve food and drinks your legally required to have a washroom available for your guests. Almost every time I come here they lie and discriminate about use of the washroom, whether it's open or if they think your good enough to let you use it. I'm sick of this treatment, it's wrong and it's disgusting that they can get away with...

Usually a great place to relax with a coffee and delicious treats but Thursday night at 8:30 wasn't! They were understaffed. Only 3 people. I ordered a sandwich. They were out of buns so a wrap was the substitute. No one was making it. After 5 minutes, the woman who took my order began making it. By that time, my ride( Mobility Plus) had arrived & I was in danger of losing it( only wait 5 minutes) or my sandwich. She made it in time but as it was a BLT, I would have liked the bacon to be hot & crispy. It was cold & soft. The coffee was fresh which always isn't the case with decaf. There was, however, no choice of doughnuts or other baked goods. Is that always the case at the end of the night? The barista was friendly, helpful & pleasant. She's an older woman who's worked there for years. All-in-all, my experience was so-so!
