I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. On the night of April 20th at approximately 1:30am, I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Jule.
Firstly, the quality of the drink I received was very poor and left a bad taste in my mouth. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's standards of quality. However, what was even more disappointing was the extremely rude behavior of Jule. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Jule's behavior left a lasting negative impression on me and completely ruined my experience at Tim Hortons.
I am writing this review to inform other customers of the unacceptable customer service I received and to urge management to take appropriate action to address these issues. I hope that the establishment will take steps to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhat a terrible experience I had today at this Tim's location they literally made me wait half an hour to get my order I asked to speak to the manager they made me wait some more when the manager came she said it wasn't her fault that the owner doesn't have enough staff. I explained to her that she needed to make my experience right by comping this order. She then told me I had only waited 14 or 15 minutes and I said yes from the time I placed the order I was in line for nearly 20 minutes before that because the speaker is only three to four cars away from the window. I asked her her name she refused to give it to me and explained it's not her fault and she doesn't want to get in trouble. I'm actually speaking to a manager not a high school student. She proceeded to tell me how much my order was and then told me it wasn't ready yet and it would take a few minutes!!!! I told her to keep the order I'm not waiting I drove out of the line and right up to the store beside which is a Subway shop in and out 5 minutes with a hot sub. I honestly say stay away from this location if you see a lineup at all. As you have no idea what your experience will be and once you're in the line you can't get out of it.
