Ashton — Restaurant in Lévis

We stop always, always, always at this Chez Ashton location while passing on the way to the Maritimes and on the way home to Ontario. Chez Ashton never disappoints. My teenaged sons love it too. The Dulton avec saucisses (fries, gravy, tourtière-style meat, cheese curds and grilled sausages) is outstanding. The food will never earn the Surgeon General's seal of approval, but the part of your brain that regulates decision-making seems to malfunction at the same time you take the first few bites. The food really does taste that good. I wouldn't eat it every day, because doing so would considerably shorten life expectancy, but Chez Ashton is a perfect treat on the rare occasions we travel to Quebec City or beyond. This was the second time I visited in a week. This location in Levis just off Aut 20. Restaurant was busy as it was lunchtime and I am told it is a very popular place at all their locations in the Quebec City area.

Line moved quickly and food was served quickly and hot. Only tried the poutine on both times and locations attended. Great poutine. The key for me is the gravy used. Great taste and not sharp like other poutine restaurants.

French area of Quebec but staff could speak English. Staff was friendly. Enjoyed my visit and would definitely attend again for food...

Alex Provencher is the man and provided one of the best service experience I have received at a fast food restaurant!

I called earlier to ask what time they close and if dine in or take out was available, and he gladly explained as I was visiting from out of province. In addition he was multilingual and when we got to the restaurant he took our order with excellent service!

The food is also excellent too and we got there regular sized poutines!

This place is must stop and model example of how similar fast food type restaurants should operate!
