Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lévis

I don't know where to start. I'm not someone who likes to write bad reviews but this was the worst service I have ever received at any Tim Hortons. Having worked in customer service and restaurants for years, I'm always very patient and kind while ordering but the cashier was so incredibly rude for no reason, I don't think I have ever encountered such an aggressive person in customer service. It was taking forever for my partner to receive his order so he kindly asked if it was ready soon and that same cashier was incredibly rude about it, insisting it was being prepared while it wasn't. When someone else finally made the order for him, it wasn't even what he asked for. It's okay to make mistakes, fast food chains are stressful environments to work in, but don't ever be rude and arrogant to customers...

The place always good when we think of coffee and had 4th french vanilla after landing in canada first and n Toronto then in Brampton then in Montreal and then place with the best atmosphere is this one in the Quebec city thats why I wanted to give it a star but the taste was quite same of all the outlets. Must try franchisee in Canada also affordable as a student but don’t drink over caffeine stay healthy always :)
