McDonald's — Restaurant in Lachute

First time visiting the Lachute location and I had a pretty sizeable order for my entire family.

I’m not sure what happened with the staff - but various parts of our order was wrong; we ordered using the kiosk; the kiosk would not permit me to add ketchup to one of my McChicken sandwiches, so I made a point of speaking to the cashier directly and requesting that ketchup be added to my sandwich.

I watched as she walked to the side and asked the kitchen staff to add ketchup the burger.

Upon receive the order, I realized that one of my Medium French Fries was missing; they added the missing French Fries when I asked them.

When i got home and emptied all the bags, I realized we had none of the sauces ordered for the McNuggets; no ketchup was added to the McChicken sandwich; and the BigMac Sandwich was missing a patty!!!

DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY CONTROL at this branch. If you’re ordering from Lachute, check your entire order and your individual sandwiches to make sure it’s been...

It's a great place, the device is usually fast and friendly, however, it's really unfortunate that this location has not reverted back to being open 24h, even now that restaurants are basically allowed to be open in full force. Maybe it's not as profitable right now, with the hyper-restrictive limitation on people actually going inside, but it's still unfortunate to have your McDonald close at 10. It's happened to me several times that I would have wanted to go through the drive through to pick something up after 10. Or since I work at night/Early mornings sometimes it might be nice to grab a coffee or sandwich at 3 in the morning in my car. So personally I understand with COVID, people being scared to work, so less staff, and maybe it's not financially viable to pay people through the night right now with the economic restrictions currently, but i just wished they go back to 24h or at least stay open layer then 10, maybe till 12 could be a...

Sept2023 review Friday PM. Great friendly staff. Clean place and was served very quickly. Clean washrooms. Excellent poutine with just enough gravy and crispy fries. Great place to spend a few hours to kill time when you need the wifi (was waiting on the vet clinic to call me back to pickup my kitten). They've got booths and electric outlet. No outside patio however which is a shame.

2018 review (1*) Monday at 21:47. Very slow service, despite no more than 4 customers (15m+ for a 1/4lb BLT trio ). Trash cans all overflowing, not enough toilet paper in the washrooms.
