This is the greatest restaurant I have ever been to. They have some of the best pork buns and bubble tea that I have ever tasted. The atmosphere is great, and the service is impeccable. It is family-owned, which is a big plus, and the location is really nice, they are just the perfect distance away from downtown that they are convenient to get to and also away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. They should be a 3 Michelin star restaurant, but they can't be since they aren't technically "fine dining," but if they were, they should be on the Michelin guide. Can't wait to pop in on our way up and down the island. You are definitely an asset to your...

Sat down and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes with no one offering a water, or even acknowledging us, and not a dim sum cart to be seen. It's not like they didn't see us sitting there, we were right in front of the counter and the only ones there. People continued to walk in and order coffee... Finally we just walked out as we still saw no signs of getting any service whatsoever. Horrendous service. They need to decide whether they are a coffee shop or serious about doing the dim sum thing and actually serve it. Likely...
