I experienced the poorest customer service today. I have been a customer at this particular branch for more than a year and the way I was treated today was so bad. I complained about the quantity of fillings I was getting, (it was a new person and the quantity was little compared to what i have gotten in the past). The lady who normally sell to me was called and she insisted it was the same quantity. I accepted, when i realized they were not going to do anything about it, but I told them I was not happy about it. Skimpy toppings. I decided to try a rice bowl since I had a coupon. I got 4 of the tiniest tomato slices so I asked for more. They were the size of a loonie. There was so little in my bowl, so I asked, is it like the sandwich where you can ask for more veggies? She said "yes" so I asked for more lettuce. My bowl wasn't even half full. Today around 5:30 pm I come here and I ask the guy who was working in front to change his gloves as he was working with bacon and I am pure vegetarian, he was showing me attitude and when he wash his hands he didn’t wipe his hands ( even kids know hands need to be wiped ) he started making my sandwich with wet hands and that bread was like as it was dipped in water. Moreover he don’t have communication skills how to talk with customers, this is not first time he was rude, he can quit if he don’t have work ethics and communication skills.
