Very bad service and bad experience, I arrived at drive thru very happy with my family of 4, I placed my order and paid for it with the gift card I had, and the cashier who served me said ok and the difference in the total balance, I paid with my card from the application, oh surprise the cashier tells me that the transaction did not work, then the supposed "supervisor" Janak arrived and said that he had to reset the system because sometimes it crashes and when he made the new transaction again, oh surprise he told me that the gift card is at zero and I politely explained that it is obviously at zero because her partner had already passed it on. Long short story, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to solve the problem and I had to give my personal information because according to the "supervisor" Janak, he couldn't give me the order because the card was at zero and again I explained that his colleague had just confirmed that Yes, she passed the gift card and it was ok with money balance, but "supervisor" Janak, very angry, told me that he didn't trust on his team member because she was new and was in training. Conclusion, this Janak as supervisor has very bad management and poor customer service management, he did not solve the problem and left his co-worker exposed, who told me verbatim that he did not trust her and could not deliver the order to me until I give him my personal information, and even hinted that if I wanted my order for free, as I told him to his face, my complaint was not about the money, it was about the way he handled the situation due to a failure that was theirs and not mine and insinuating me that I was lying about the gift card that had zero balance. What bad time I through with my wife and kids, I have been a regular customer since I came here to Saskatoon and saw this location nearby but now they just lost a customer and believe me I will tell all my friends and contacts about this poor Tim Hortons location the worst I have been to in...
Read moreEdit: grammar mistake I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received today. I went through the drive-thru on August 31st, 2021 at 5:20pm. We ordered a Chipotle Cheddar Chicken grilled wrap meal, then asked for soup, which they said didn't have, and asked for a Chocolate Creamy Chill, which they said that they couldn't do either. It can happen, I understand that, but the way they spoke was excessively curt and didn't feel like I was talking to an actual person as I ordered my food. I gave the person the benefit of the doubt that they might not be having the best day. They asked me if that was all, which I replied yes, then no more than 5 seconds later, asked them politely if they could add a half dozen of donuts because I had forgot. They didn't add the donuts and went silent even after I waited about a minute. I went up to the window and they were, again, speaking to us in a short and rude manner, replying with mostly only "okay"s and near-glaring at us, amongst other things but the minor details are unimportant. Then, a woman came from the back and gave us a cold drink and asked us if we ordered it. I took the drink being handed to me out of instinct, then realized I hadn't, and told them I hadn't. The worker then gave us a passive-aggressive smile, then said snarkily, "Well, that's what I asked you, dear", took the drink from my hands and left without another word. I asked "Excuse me?" and told them that that wasn't my fault and that must have been a mess-up on their part, but they shut the door on me and refused to talk to me. Even worse, my grilled wrap was cold and not heated up properly. I was so disappointed with the service I received today especially since I've been a Tim Hortons lover for all my life but this "customer service" was inexcusable. I hope that future customers can go to Tim Hortons and feel respected and valued, which was not how...
Read moreI have never written a review for restaurants. I thought this should be shared because I found it really unprofessional. I order the same thing every-time I go to Tim’s; a sausage grilled wrap, hash brown and orange juice. I just moved in the area and every time I gone they gave me a sausage harvest wrap. I just shake off and eat it anyways even tho it’s not what I ordered because I’m not one to complain. This morning the lady in the window repeats my order and I tell her “ you know they never ever have got my order right and I have never come back to say anything but I think they misunderstand a sausage grilled wrap and a harvest wrap for some reason. The lady tells the lady who took my order on the intercom and comes over and tells me I order a plant based harvest wrap and argues what I told her I asked for. The lady in the window seemed embarrassed and was very polite. So thank you for that. I appreciate her efforts. Also the time before I corrected the lady at the window I didn’t want a harvest wrap and she pretended the redid it and gave it to me anyways. I think there needs to be better communication and the lady taking orders this morning needs to learn what customer service is.The lady in the window sorry you have to deal with jerks sometimes but you know what your doing keep it up! Also it sucks when your pregnant and they always mess up your order. The hash brown in the wrap makes it...
