I would like to give a big shout-out and thank you to the staff here. Yesterday morning was one of the worst days for my family and I, and two of us were doing the final errands for my cousin's Celebration of Life. As the errand runners for the event our morning list kept getting longer, we had carefully planned the morning to ensure it went smoothly, but it did not. After a planned 9:30 flower pick up was not prepared by a store that shall remain nameless, we found ourselves running 45 minutes behind, with a list getting longer by the phone call.
Needing ground coffee, we stopped here and grasping at straws to make up lost time I briefly apprised them of the situation and asked if there was any way they could add a bunch of sugar packs to my bill. They said "don't worry about it, how many do you think you need?" After stating I had no idea, and guessing about 100 people in attendance, staff quickly grabbed a bag and went to the back, providing us with plenty of sugar, saving us invaluable time, and refusing to charge us for it.
Thank you so very, very much, Starbucks team. The time you saved us was...
Read moreEvery single morning, I order the same drink with extra cold foam you know, the part I pay extra for and every single morning, they hand me a cup that looks like itâs been lightly breathed on by foam fumes. If I wanted plain coffee, I wouldnât be shelling out the extra bucks for the one thing that makes it worth it. And letâs talk about the main lady who works the morning shift, the older one. The level of rudeness is unmatched. She acts like sheâs doing customers a favor by showing up. I once showed up a couple of minutes early for my mobile order, and she actually scolded me like I was a misbehaving child. Maâam, this is Starbucks, not detention. The way she talks down to people is beyond unprofessional itâs embarrassing. If Iâm paying $8 for a drink and consistently getting an attitude with it, I might as well pour milk over ice at home and insult myself in the mirror for free. Do better, Starbucks. Or at least, teach your staff that basic courtesy and âextra cold foamâ arenât...
Read moreThey took away all the lids, straws, etc besides the napkins at the little self-serve station. Every single trashcan / recycle bin inside and outside is overflowing or nearly overflowing with garbage. Now including the space where said lids and straws used to be. (People just leaving their cups there instead of trying to throw them away since it was too full.) We sat outside since it was a bit too noisy inside with someone video calling for the whole store to hear while showing everyone just trying to enjoy their drinks. Sadly every single table outside has a layer of dust and grime on it as well as spiderwebs. I get it's getting towards fall but it's still nice enough to sit outside, so why does every table have to be covered in dirt and stains from other people's drinks ): The people working were nice, and the food was good. No mess ups on the drinks, but as a warning their sandwiches seem to be a LOT smaller than they were this...
