We bought the Bradford sofa 2 years ago and paid the extra for upgraded fabric. We were so excited and delighted with it at first. BUT, all it does is shed feathers (like a lot - it's all you notice when you look at the sofa) and the fabric is already all pilly. Ours is a 2-adult, no kids or pets household; we're as low maintenance as it gets. We were also excited to support "made in Canada." Sigh. And thinking back...it arrived with flaws - it's a sectional and it came with mismatching hardware that was meant to connect the 2 pieces. Also, two of the sofa's legs were put on at an angle, so one end listed. They sent a technician to repair it all - a month after I called. So clearly quality control is an issue from start to finish. I think people writing the 5-star reviews just had a walk through the impressive show room or just got their furniture. Wait a bit and see if first impressions are...

The floor models of all the furniture look beautiful. It almost seems worth the substantial price tag but what is delivered to the door is not what is on display in the showroom. I spent thousands over the last couple years. A sofa bed, desk, cabinet. Two of the three items needed replacement as one arrived with a huge crack all the way through the wood and the other had a drawer on tracks that wouldn’t open and close properly. They were gracious enough to replace the two items but, again, even the replacement cabinet is greatly flawed. It’s becoming quite uncomfortable having to repeatedly contact the store to request now a third replacement. I guess I’m stuck with an overpriced cabinet with three drawers that don’t fully open and close.

So disappointed as I really do love the style of their furniture and I had planned on purchasing more pieces...
