i have never had a good experience here. the one waitress they have is OBSESSED with my boyfriend to the point where she’s outright disrespectful to me and constantly causes ongoing issues every time i speak to her. i called today because they put sauce touching a roll that doesn’t even have any sauce on it let alone the spicy sauce that they let touch that roll. i called crying because i wanted to let them know that i couldn’t eat my rolls because of said sauce and that they should’ve been more mindful as i have diagnosed autism and arfid. the waitress who constantly disrespects me in the restaurant who i know the voice of on the phone, decided to rudely speak to me and tell me to request the sauce on the side next time but the roll i ordered which is Chicken n waffles— doesn’t even come with sauce on it of any kind to begin with. they put the sauce that was on my boyfriends roll on mine and acted like it was my responsibility to specify no sauce on mine that shouldn’t have even had sauce on it at all. the waitress then decided it was a good idea to get the owner of the restaurant to spam call me and my boyfriend after being very disrespectful and hanging up on us while i sobbed because of something that was THEIR FAULT NOT MINE AS MY ROLL DID NOT COME WITH SAUCE!!! we had to block the numbers because they called so many times off different numbers. i feel harassed, unheard, and beyond disrespected. as someone who has had many issues with that waitress, your restaurant is a disgrace while she works there and the owner harassing me and calling me and my boyfriend was uncalled for and disgusting. do better as people and as a business because as someone with autism that i even stated on the phone— i feel like i was treated unfairly and i am beyond offended by the lack of care or even consideration by...

To start we waited 25 minutes for a table. Keeping in mind that we did go around dinner time but the service and way we were treated was still not okay. My friends and I (6 total) went in for all you can eat sushi. Made a list of what we wanted (obviously alot since there is 6 of us). Our server told us they are making it all because we wont eat it all. Our rolls came out 1 at a time every 15-20 minutes, mind you between the 6 of us that is barley 1 piece each every 15min. After we have now spent 1hr 1/2 there, only eating 6 rolls and some apps in total we asked just to pay it out instead. Apparently that was a very hard task. He gave me a hard time when I kindly explained our thoughts. At the end when we got our bill he tried to argue with us about what we had eaten. We ended up paying more then what it cost for all u can eat and all left hungry. For example, I personally had one roll and 1 small app and paid $30. They charged us for things we did not order and replyed rudly and did nothing about it when we mentioned it.
