Little Caesars — Restaurant in Lasalle

We have ordered from this location for years without a problem. The food was consistently good and the service and staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, that changed yesterday. I placed my online order at 1:24 pm with a 5:45 pickup. When I arrived, the woman at the counter said it would be ready shortly and took my payment. I received a notification that my pizza was ready at 5:50, but it was not ready and there was no explanation or ETA. It was finally ready at 6:03. Again, no apology for being late. When we arrived at home, one pizza was burned and the other one was not fully cooked. We had to put it in the oven to finish cooking it.

I do not know what is happening at this location, but it seems to be trending in the wrong direction. I don't think we will be ordering from this...

I had seen this commercial for the BBQ double bacon pizza for some time now and today being in a rush I thought why not try it. I am not a fan of chain pizza places for the most part but hey, why not. The pizza looked nothing like the tv commercials (shocking I know) , the toppings were very scarce and the bbq sauce base was very very light. The pizza came off very salty because of the amount of bbq seasoning they put on the crust. Less seasoning and more toppings and sauce and this would have been a much better pizza. This is fast food pizza, and while you may think all pizza is fast food I would beg to differ with that judgement.

This is mass produced pizza and pizza related foods and honestly the quality is very consistent, reliable and for the price a decent value.

Highly recommend asking them to brush or cover your pizza in the garlic butter that they put on the cheese bread.

This isn't gourmet pizza and it's not even normal restaurant pizza, it's fast food pizza and it's not bad at all when you consider the other fast food pizza options and the price...
