I felt that the price of a bubble tea here was grotesquely high.
The fact that they charge an extra $2 dollars for the bubbles in the tea, was painful. I basically paid over $20 dollars for 2 regular slushies.
I know of competitors in the same sector who offer better value.
The product we had from here, wasn't too bad, but the price alone just killed the experience.
The price alone caused a Taboo in the atmosphere. I was bordering on walking out due to the vulgarity of the high price.
They are shooting way too far above their market, and this ain't exactly Beverly Hills California.
2* Stars. Not a bad product. Vulgar Pricing.
They need to restructure their pricing, especially when showing the trimmings like 2 dollars for extra bubbles on the receipt. It's not just the money, but the principle of making the customer feel like they got robbed.
Customers want Value, then their doors would be lined up with punters, for a half decent product.
I sadly will not be stopping here again, due to far superior value in the area within another 6 mins of a drive away.

I put my straw to the bottom and took one sip before realizing something was wrong (because the drink was supposed to have strawberries at the bottom), and tore off the lid. They put absolutely none of the advertised toppings which justified the $10 price tag and this is how much whipped cream was squeezed onto the drink. This is a comparison of how the drink is supposed to look. I assumed the worker had forgotten to add the toppings so I went to get it remade, but he told me that they DIDN’T CARRY ANY OF THOSE TOPPINGS (peanuts and strawberries) for allergy reasons and because strawberries go bad too quickly, so they’d have to keep restocking, and that essentially I was given a strawberry milk tea. Read moreThey took so long to make my drinks. There was only 1 other customer but they took more than 10 mins making our drinks. And the drinks itself was so watery. I order 2 smoothie, which were flavourless, and 2 milk teas, which were so watery. The wyandotte location makes it the best. There was another customer that came in as I was waiting for my drinks, and no one greeted him. It wasn't till after we got our drinks did they help him, and he was just here for a pick up order. So he waited like 10 min for a pick up order that they already finished and ready in the fridge (I feel bad for him). I really don't mind paying for an expensive drink, but at least make it taste good. They really need to retrain...
