Bergham - Laval — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Poor customer service. The guy with beard ignores customers. The sandwiches had no covers. We paid for 2 cups for cold drinks. Later we asked them to give us a cup filled with warm water for the kids. The kids started crying for the cup of the cold drink so we transferred the warm water from the lokma cup to the cup of cold drink since we do not want to give the kids cold drinks. Then we used the lokma cup to fill the drink instead. When we asked the guy with beard to refill the lokma cup with warm water later again when the cup was empty, he got angry saying we are using all the cups for the drink. We then explained him what had happened and he still ignored and said I saw it. Very upset on what happened. We always go to this central bergham with our kids. This was unexpected. No respect for families! Don’t think will go back...

We went on dec 26. Paper note on door stated that it was opening at 5pm. We got there at 5:15 pm and were told it's gonna be another 10-15 minutes because they just opened...

When we finally ordered, it took 20 minutes of waiting before we got our food to go. The staff was slow and lost. Unable to complete orders properly and assist clients properly. People waited at the counter to be served and they had to ask 2-3 times before getting what they needed. And no it was not clean.

Food was ok. We ordered JR burger, poutine, fries and Marrakech wrap. Not sure about the eggs in my wrap but that's my personal taste. The only good thing was the sauces, algerien and morrocan were...

I went to this restaurant twice and both times I had a similar bad experience. The food is also over priced

Now for #1st world problems (lol): On my most recent visit, they told me I couldn’t order a hamburger because they don’t have beef patties. How does a sandwich place run out of beef patties, especially when a large portion (majority?) of their sandwiches include beef patties?

Fine. No beef patties. I make my way over to the soft drink dispenser and everything is out of order except for fanta and nestea (6/8 out of order).

Food arrives and the meat looks like it’s been sitting out for an hour and then reheated and didn’t taste too...
