If you are looking for a home food vibe, this restaurant gives you that. The food is really tasty, salads Fattoush and Tabboulé are freshly cut and prepared, the fish and calamari are not oily, the french fries are golden and not soggy, and the baked Dorado royal tasted really good. Owned by a Lebanese/Syrian midlife couple. If you are looking for a fancy place that's not the place, this restaurant is old style, you get served what is still available just like at your mom's kitchen since it's really busy preparing take out orders, so better call and book in advance if you want to sit in. Dania, the waitress/phone operator/one woman show received us with a smiling face. She's friendly and tried her best to make sure that we liked everything while answering the calls and getting the orders from the kitchen. In this restaurant, you can use Arabic instead of French or English if you like. Very very bad customer service , I went in for the first time , and ordered take out , I heard so many good things from multiple acquaintances and friends of mine about the food in this place, lady at the front desk very very rude, also the owner not so nice. Half of the menu was not available to order, I ordered 3 big fish apparently 0.5 kilos each, and large order of friees for about $65, food was good not gonna deny, after all its fish , how can fried fish taste different from place to place lol. Came here based on good reviews, ordered fried whiting and fried squids to go. Whiting was ok, a bit salty though. Squid was rubbery and bland served with a tartar sauce which does not pair well. Whiting elsewhere comes with tarator tahini sauce. Here, served with fried pita bread and two lemons only. For the price they charge, it's kind of odd asking extra for it.
