You drive 26 minutes through Montreal traffic. You are determined to taste the tasty looking foods you saw on the Google map reviews.

You arrive at the location. Your mouth is watering. You look around wait? You're supposed to be seeing the restaurant but all You see are residential homes. Wait, so where is the restaurant you just drove 26 minutes and salivated for. It is nowhere to be seen. You tell yourself you must be mistaken.

You pull out your phone. You take a look at it. You're in the right place. Something must be wrong. You say to yourself, okay, You know what, Let me call.

You call! Hello!!! Is this the restaurant I'm supposed to be going to? You call out the name of the restaurant. The wonderful sounding lady at the other end says "yes it is". Perfect! Well. I Am at your location. I can't find you guys.

Oh sorry, she says nicely, we're not really a restaurant like that. We are a takeaway place only.

Oh that is fine, you reply. I'll get the food and I will go to my hotel room and eat it. Ehmm, she says, what do you want?

You reply. Do you have anything for me to swallow ?

Ehmm, You know what? Let me call you back.

She does. She does call you back for sure and then she says to you. I have been trying to call my people but it looks like they are not around. I'm so sorry.

I tried to eat the sorry but couldn't.

I just drove 26 minutes hungry to get to a restaurant that only does takeout but there is nothing to take out from the residential house I was at.

I was frustrated. I was angry. I was 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 but most of I was HUNGRY!!!

I wonder how many people would burn fuel trying to get to a place 26 minutes away only to find out it doesn't exist as a place to eat at because this restaurant is a take away place only.

To the owner: Put a sign on Google! This place is a takeout only. Dont drive to us.

I’ve been craving fufu for a while even though ive never tried it! I've seen online and it always looked so good that I had to try it for myself. After trying ✨️ and failing ✨️ to make it at home, I found this restaurant, and thank God I did!

The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating. I was originally only going to order the fufu, but she went above and beyond by making a full vegan/vegetable soup to go with it. I’m so happy she did because it was absolutely delicious.

10/10, will definitely be...
