Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Today I ordered two pizza one mediam one small from 1100 boulvard curelabble domino pizza shop. First of all the customer service who ever was in there around two pm they guy was very rude he just told me the topping manue only one time when I choose my order I request him could you plz repeat one more time what kind of topping can i get? And he said in very rudely that I CAN'T TELL YOU WHOLE DAY WHAT KIND OF TOPPING WE HAVE, IM NOT GONNA REPEAT IT. YOU HAVE TO CHECK ONLINE! I just wanted to tell him that you should be polite with customer because I think the customer have right to ask you as many questions before they make decisions because some people have energy with something.and regarding checking online manue so I wasn't able to check online that time because I didn't have internet that time. I have been working for 5 years in customer service in bakry I also answered the phone but I never told some one that I can't repeat whole day. Which is I think very unprofessional answer. When I got my pizza I opened it oh my god totally different. I ordered chicken pizza with topping on onion, tomato, pepperoni and alot of other stuff which he told me the more topping you add it will cost you expensive I said it's ok. The cheese did not seem to taste anything. The pizza dough was very dry. The delivery guys were not nice and were asking for more tip claiming they come from very far (not true). I think this place is so overrated that people dont get what they expect. Also, it is not worth the price especially if you are ordering a delivery ( they are gonna make you feel bad if you dont give big tips). For example, if the price was 15$ and you only have a 20$, the delivery guy will automatically take the 20$ without thinking of giving you the change. Honestly, if i feel like eating pizza, dominos would be the last place I'd go to. One last thing, if you ask to NOT ring the bell and instead call you when they arrive, they'll ring the bell. In the society, I'm sad to say domino's is as worse as Pizza Pizza ( The ones on Curé-Labelle street). The other pizzerias...

I used to come at this dominoes franchise, had very bad experience today I had ordered Pizza with 3 tops they added only 2 tops i asked them and I showed up my orders why you guys this as I already waited 25 minutes to get ready my orders they we gonna fix it but have to wait another 20 minutes I had to wait another 20 minutes no response after 30 minutes they I spoke with one of the cashier she didn’t awared of my orders what happened as she served at the beginning she called her manager then the manager looked up and give my pizza, OMG when I went to my car give it to my kids, it’s was already too cold and unfortunately we thought out away and wasted time and money, not recommended this place at all don’t waste your, their workers are unprofessional and you will lose your...
