Recently dined at Moonlight restaurant and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Although the food was good and the waiters were always available, their customer service left much to be desired. The way they speak or even look to customers needs significant improvement. During my visit, a waiter made a remark that was completely unacceptable. When my group was finally finished after a long evening, the waiter came over and said, "You finally finished." This comment was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. We had stayed longer than expected because we met someone we personally knew who wanted to chat with us at our table. By the way, even the guest was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful way just because he wanted to add a chair to our table. It’s important to mention that we had continued to order throughout the evening, so it wasn't like we were just sitting there not ordering anything. Despite the unprofessional behaviour, we left a good tip for the employees who changed the seating arrangements so that the guest could join us at our table. However, this gesture was more of a thank you for accommodating us than for their customer service. This behaviour has caused us to lose faith in the restaurant's ability to provide a positive dining experience. I regret to say that we will not be returning to Moonlight restaurant in the future.
