I ordered my food over the phone and I asked the lady on the phone regarding what specials they had going on. She gave me the specials for the fried chicken pieces but failed to mention the chicken sandwich combo special. We orderered a 10 piece combo and a chicken burger trio. Upon reaching the resturant, we saw a massive poster on the window advertising a free chicken burger upon the purchase of a chicken burger combo. I confronted the lady at the desk as to why she didn't include the free burger as advertised, she responded by saying because you didnt tell me over the phone and I said because you didn't tell me when I asked you about the specials. She then said all the machines are closed now, I said I can pick it up tomorrow, she said I can't do that because you didn't tell me on the phone. Very disappointing experience and very unprofessional on every level. Why have a special when your employees are not going to honor the deal and inform the customers...

My husband ordered a 10 piece combo and a burger combo. After he placed the order for the burger, he asked what special there was and the lady told him over the phone. When we got there we saw a big sign near their front door that said if you order a combo burger you get a free burger, something the lady on the phone FAILED to mention. We brought it up to her and she said to my husband that he didn't mention he wanted this special (although she never even told him about the special) How could someone mention a special they did not know about? At least honor your advertisement. When he said he would bring it up to the manager, she didn't seem to care and replied with okay. If you can't work in customer service, get a different job where you don't work with people. Learn to honor your advertisements and train employees not to show attitude. This is false advertising. Just had the fried chicken kind of worst chicken that i ever had compared to many other places with not pleasant smell coming out of the chicken while eating and too salty and sooo overrr priced i noticed it was expensive just wanted to try with a thought of maybe its something special but unfortunately nothing more than waste of money after all very slow it took them 35 minutes to give me the fried chicken never again AND THE STAFF ARE SOO RUDE AND HIGHLY LACKING COMMUNICATION SKILL AND WHATEVER YOU ASK THEY HAVE NO IDEA THEY TELL IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM I WILL CALL THE OWNER SO TALK TO HIM AND ITS CLEARLY SEEMS ITS FAMILY BUSINESS LOL MOST PROBABLY THE OWNER IS A THEIR RELATIVE THERE IS THIS PLACE CALLED POULET SEVAN 100× MUCH MORE DELICIOUS AND ALMOST HALF OF THE PRICE WITH SMILEY FACES AND NICE PEOPLE AND NICE SERVICE AND A FOOD THAT YOU WILL...
