Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Went there 3 times in my life.. 1st time I orderded famillia pizza and a fries .. Pizza was not so good and for some unknown reasons ..for the fries I wanted they told me they only had greek like fries/potatos and they had nothing else... 2nd time I went at this place .. service was great !! and I ordered a pizza and a large fries and even some sauce and pizza was great ! I think I could even say the pizza was perfect ... plus they got me a good deal and I was really happy even tho the fries were just okay .. but with sauces mmm.. and then the 3rd time. OKAY first I know I arrived at your restaurant 13 minutes before it closes and you start making the simple large all dressed pizza I tried to ordered and it says that you were open until 1 am... but you didn't seem happy at all that I wanted a pizza at this time . That made me feel cheap and unwelcomed to take my order ...you know money is hard to earn .. and, that I wanted to place an order at your restaurant was a choice I did, I know a lot of pizza restaurants and I like to discover new ones, your pizza was great once and might be a second time, but 2 of my 3 of experiences at your place were bad. It s*cks I don't think I'll come back at this place and I might tell as many people as I can about those bad...

I want to preface this review with this small piece of information : if Google reviews allowed zero star ratings I would have gladly removed the one star you see above.

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce on top, expecting nothing more than a tasteful slim drizzle of succulent sauce only to be traumatized by something that I can only describe as a crime against pizza. Said pizza was simply a soggy swimming pool of oily sauce with essentially half the toppings having slipped off the dough onto the cardboard of the delivery box. It basically looked like someone had vomited all over what was supposed to be my supper.

This was unacceptable, so I called customer service and they assured me that they would immediately send me the same order but with less sauce. Happy about this turn of events, I patiently waited for my pizza only to receive the initial atrocity's sorry excuse for a little brother ; there was just as much sauce, if not even more, on this pizza than the last one. There was so much sauce that the toppings on this pizza were barely visible. Needless to say, Pizza Pizza deserves the illusive zero star review.

Although there was a pretty odd thing that happened. Witch is My order got "mistakenly-Canceled🤔. When I realized 55 minutes after ordering.

I called their`1‘ main number for all their locations . Honest to god it took them, 25+ minutes waiting on hold for an assistant. Once I’m done explaining the order never arrived, confirming the“Address “phone number e t c……GREAT…… Listen to this I’m put on-hold again in order for the assistant to finally !Call the responsible restaurant that took my order okay…

It took the assistant "26’min 34’sec" exact l’y registered !! To get back at me and said this word for word. ( •Sorry for the wait sir, thank you for your patience, •Soo to be honest IDK what to tell you Sir but it somehow got canceled • for the inconvenience we will resend the order we cancelled. For free tax includes…😵‍💫
