McDonald's — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

If I could give negative stars I would. First time there was nobody at the cash for a good five minutes. Probably closer to ten but I'll be generous. Finally after fifteen minutes of waiting in line and not being able to use the machines (2 out of 3) were broken we took our order oh yeah let's not forget the permanent b**ch face. So we waited another twenty minutes for our order so did the other clients complaining too. Long story short because this is a TL;DR I'll say that when we took our order, cold and sloppy we were greeted by another permanent b face. Almost feeling guilty for ordering your meal. Again this is only one occasion. But this happened another 3 times consecutively and their hamburger wrapping looks like a drunk person tried to wrap it with their feet. Anyways that's all for now. Not sure these people will be getting my business anymore and I will strongly recommend you don't go here. Unless they get a more qualified staff and a better system. Never coming back here ever again. My friend and I came in and the environment was nice looked clean and every thing went nice. But then came the time to order. I used the machines and paid at the machine. My order was a small Sprite, a small McWrap with crispy chicken and ranch and a Sausage McMuffin. I paid at 10:00 pm sharp and I received my order at 10:18 pm, almost 20 minutes of wait time. Keep in mind that there was no other orders in the meanwhile except for the drive-thru. There are restaurants that prepare a full meal faster than this McDonald’s. The employees were joking around and not paying attention to the customers or the orders, the managers participated in this amusement as well. Out of the 8 employees, 4 were actually putting in the bare minimum meanwhile the others were slacking off and having private conversations in between them. This is by far THE WORST MCDOANALDS i’ve been at ever. It is 3 min from my house but would rather go to the one on des Laurentides then to give Mr. Levy the owner a single penny. Undersaffed , dirty and slooooow as hell. Today february 17th went to car service ordered just a SINGLE Md double for my hungry son at 12.27pm paid at 12:29 pm and once at the window at 12.40 the single no brainer Mcdouble wasn’t ready. Had to wait another 3 minuntes to finally get my order at 12:43. JESUS Mr. Levy do you not think 16 minutes is too much for a single burger??? Anyway I will take my business elsewhere beaucuse it’s obvious that you have no clue how to run a business; you own another Mcd’s that has the same issues.
