Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

One of the worst service ever. Almost every time when we order the pizzas from here we call the resturant directly and ask them to NOT slice the pizzas. And guess what! They do slice them and then we would have to wait again for them to redo them!!!! Do yku think they ever learn? No! Do you think they care to improve their workers listning skills? No! And the management? They do not care either.

To add up, i was talking with the manager, and a cashier man kept interepting us ad he is not even in the whole story, and he is not even the person who took the order from me! he insulted me front the clients and when i asked the manager why you did not stop your employee, his answer was that "its not professional to talk with my employee front the client" so in the mind of PizzaHut its profeesional from your employees to be careless when it come to the orders and requests of the clients, and it is professional from your employees to be rude with the clients, but its not professional for the management to put the limit for an employee when he is rude with the client!!!

One of my friends got an allergic reaction eating one of the pizza's, my friend is allergic to soya products. So i called to find out what were the ingrediants in the pizza and i spoke to an employee named Nicole. She kept telling me and my friend that he may have an allergic reaction to something else, which clearly isnt the case, my friend knows what hes allergic to and has been diagnosed, she kept pushing to that point then decided to switch to the manager, the employees then start talking behind my back while the line was still open, i heard everything they said. Then i spoke to the manager and wanted to find out what was in that pizza. She said there arent any soya products. She sincerely apologized. But i made a complaint that her employees spoke behind my back. Service a la clientel isnt a priority. Been there once and last time im going to...

We went to this location around 7:30 on a Thursday night. We stood at the front waiting to be seated while two employees stood behind the counter discussing something. The waitress saw us standing there and asked one of the gentleman to seat us and he ignored her and continued to talk to his co-worker and only after another couple of minutes did he come to take us to our seat. Once seated we waited 20 minutes before the waitress even came to take our drink order, so we placed our drink and meal order to speed it up. The food came relatively quickly but the waitress basically just placed the pizza on the table and turned around and left and never came back until we were finished.
