Today i was in the restaurant with you being the customer that i am for the past 4 years, ordering the same dish you had. Beside the arrogance you showed the minute you entered the store, the way you throw both plats on the counter claiming the chicken was too hard (when it was actually just normally fried), and how you put your fingers in the food and then pointing out that same finger in the man face; nothing was gross. When you order a dish you need to know what you're ordering, to have what you want. You asked for fried chicken in a Caribbean restaurant and expected to receive the chicken we serve at the elderly care centers. Who goes to an Indian restaurant and complains it's too spicy.....?? You didn't know the right term for your order which you actually confirmed to us on the spot and to which we told you to get ''poulet en sauce'' next time. So how can you go on here to call the food from a country disgusting/gross because it was not to your taste and you just order without caring to ask more about your plate ??! Plus there was a clear picture of what the chicken looks like. So, in the name of the Caribbean people, please no need to return to any of our restaurants to then diminish our dishes on google reviews. The ''serveuse''/Waitress that you said you are, might be use to smash potatos with boil chicken....but we serve other than that on our menus.

From a customer to an other and actually all the customers that were there at the same time....check...

Pour un griot de laval il est quand même décent pas le meilleur griot ni le moins bon, il est certainement l'un des Top 10 à Laval mais fait pale compétition niveau goût et prix à ceux de Montréal! Si je compare les 2 villes ce n'est qu'une question d'expérience au niveau culinaire qui ma été la chance de gouter.

Le griot étais bon mais sans plus il manquait un certain "kick" beaucoup trop d'oignon cela fait en sorte que la saveur pré-dominante du griot n'est plus. Le riz étais différent des autres riz collé que j'ai manger, il était bon aussi mais encore la il était un peu sec rien de fatale mais assez pour être déçu.

La salade de macaroni était fade et sans couleur avec une portion ridicule. Vraiment déçu...

Les bananes plantains je n'ai rien a dire due au fait qu'elles étaient excellentes! Le pikliz aucunement piquant, très peu savoureux mais bonne portion

La portion de riz et de viande étaient considérable je ne peux pas me plaindre a ce niveau la!

Le Cola Champagne une honte niveau prix 2,50$ honnêtement je n'ai jamais payé autant, le 2L de Cola Champagne au Iga de Vanier/Concorde est a 3$ alors..... Il y a un problème, cela fait plus de 10 places de Griots a mon compte et c'est la première fois que je paye 1$ de plus, oui vous direz c'est juste 1$ mais cela reste que partout il est a 1,50$.

En conclusion, le tout 3.5 /10 niveau prix et qualité et portions honnêtement pas si pire si vous êtes mal pris je vous le recommande mais sinon il y a...

Food is ok. Only one person doing serving, cooking, plating and cash. She was very nice . The time we were there(20 minutes) the macaroni salad was on the counter and b/c of that we declined it. It stayed on the counter after we left. We dont know how long it had been out. Not the worst in Laval but far from the best. Rice is a bit salty, pesé were very tiny. Chicken was ok...
