I went in to redeem my birthday drink and was treated with nothing but disrespect and attitude from the staff at the front. From the moment I walked to the cash, the girl working there was rolling her eyes, mocking me, and acting like answering my questions was some kind of chore. I told her several times that I wanted to use my points (I have around 3000, not even counting the birthday bonus), and she kept arguing with me, saying I didn’t have enough for a regular drink and could only get a small black coffee. Fine — I said I’d take the black coffee.

But instead of just processing the order, she rolls her eyes again and says to her coworker in Arabic that I’m wasting her time and now she has to cancel my order, not realizing that I fully understood what she said. Absolutely disgusting.

Zero Star! Rude and unpleasant service, I bought $13 worth of pastry and had my coffee from Starbucks. When I wanted to put a bit cream in my coffee, one of the regular employees attacked me in front of other customers, in French, saying I'm not allowed to use their coffee cream since my coffee is from Starbucks! just for a teaspoon of cream. I told him how much money I just spend there, still argued with me, and another employee transferred my coffee to their cups.
