I ordered an Ice Cappuccino and 1 ice coffee yesterday. He gave me 1 straw. I asked him for 2 straws and he refused and he told me that they don't give straw for ice coffees, which is a huge lie. I get them at another Tim Horton's on St-Martin in Laval all the time In this world of pandemic the guy put a lid with his bare dirty hand on the cup and he wants me to drink from the cup. THE WORST TIM HORTON'S IN CANADA!!!! Not only are the employees terrible at customer service, they also move at half the speed of smell.
Waited over 30 min only to hear the worst cashier in existence tell the customer in front of me that the Ice Cap machine was broken. Maybe, I don't know, tell the people waiting in the giant line that the machine is broken so they don't have to wait.
