Could not have had a better time with my family eating and drinking peacefully until the cashier complained to his manager because i was trying to take a zoomed in picture of the promotions screen.
He started to ask us what my mother and I were doing to which we said we were taking a picture of the screen at the right moment to read what my dad had thought was a second roll up the rim to win promotion.
This guys kept insisting he didn’t want to be filmed which we kept telling him we weren’t filming him just trying to take a picture of the quick promotion add that kept popping up for 2 seconds every minute or so.
He pumped us tried calling the police then asked his manager to talk to us.
As a manager myself I get that it is important to protect the privacy of your staff and avoid harassing the customers whilst protecting that man s public private privacy. I don’t know why he got so jumpy I’m hoping he s not an illegal immigrant or something like that, but I found it very strange that for a second time in a month an Indian person would feel threatened by a person with disabilities trying to read a tv promotion.
Mind you I had to click my prosthetic eye more than once to show that I was legally blind and found it very disgusting that the manager and employee were not well trained in handling people with disabilities. No excuse or courtesy coffee or donut was offered for ruining a nice family meal and embarrassing us in front of many people.
Tim Hortons please train your staff and managers to handle things promptly but with respect. Our appetites were cut short and it felt disgusting to be pointed out for simply trying to use tools at my disposal and my mom s to read something. I should not have to tap on my porcelain prosthetic eye to then be shrugged off without a proper apology from the manager and staff member needlessly instigating what otherwise could have been a nice tim Hortons experience.
I have not been to this Tim Hortons in years since I saw those disgusting flies land on donuts. Since that day where I told an employee to throw the donuts out and instead he sold them to customers !!🤢🤮. I gave this tim Hortons a second chance today and was very very disappointed by the lack of empathy and shrug attitude displayed By the cashier and his manager.
Finally on of your tables near the window’s lights was flickering and could have caused my to loose my eyesigh temporarilyt!

Read moreCashier and the lady who was taking order was very rude and don't know how to talk to a customer. Literally, the worst experience ever at Tim Hortons. It seems like she is racist and was trying to insult me and my friends. One of my friends was giving order, and we other three were watching some of our video and laughing on the video. At that time we had nothing with that lady, but the lady thought that we were filming her. In actual, we were watching a video. By seeing us, the lady said that show me your phone and without any hesitation we show our phones to her. Still she was not satisfied and start checking the other applications on the phone. I want to check your phone was trying to say that we interrupted her privacy. We know how to live in Canada, we are not illiterate that we don't know what privacy is. Why will we ruin someone's privacy. She was the supervisor. My point is that if the supervisor or manager doesn't know to attend the customer then how can we expect their employees to be good with their customers. She was a big racist woman. Really disappointed. Suggesting everybody skip this Tim Hortons get to another one where you are feeling appreciated.

Went back on the interphone and told the girl you gave me a cold espresso then she laughs and says advance we give another one .After she laughs I asked for a manager to complain this mess ! For my happiness she does not speak English! Lol what a manager So I asked the rude girl which takes the orders on the interphone to translate what I'm saying cause I don't speak French but she did not translate what I'm saying she just said he got a cold drink ( I understand very little French) I kept telling her to translate that the girls laugh on the interphone she wouldn't!
