La belle province — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Nobody seems to know what they're doing at this location. Every time I order a poutine, they almost always ruin it by flooding it with sauce. For them to put the right amount of gravy, you literally have to say it like 4-5 times because if you say it once, they won't hear you or listen. Normally, I would go in person but there's been those few times where I felt a bit lazy and decided to order thru uber. Never again. I've ordered multiple times on uber and each time I've ordered, I receive my order with like 10 mistakes and I'm not even kidding. I didn't select toppings for hotdogs because I wanted them to be plain and I received 4 all dressed hotdogs that my kids refused to eat.

If you decide to get food from here, I would go in person and make sure you specify exactly the way you want your food to be, and would avoid ordering through delivery at all costs seeing as these people can't follow the simplest...

I’ve been eating here since a kid and have always received friendly service. However, the last few poutines I’ve had from here have had way too much sauce and felt like I was eating a big salty soup. The guy puts one scoop after the fries, then the cheese, and then 3 scoops of gravy which is wayyy too much for me and a lot of other people I know complain aswell. Regardless I have always loved this location, greek owned, very friendly people working behind the counter and I highly recommend giving it a shot if you enjoy the classic belle province...

Food is always good no issue. But this happens often. Ordered and paid for an Italian poutine, got home and found it was a regular. I took a pic of the bill and the food for next time. From now on I'll have to check that the order is correct. ADDENDUM. MAY 2024. Ordered a sub all dressed and 3 hamburgers, 2 mustard, 1 all dressed. The sub was ok but all 3 hamburgers were plain!
