Bought Italian cheese bread. She gave us food right after we ordered which was already made. We tried it and it tasted like it was made hours ago. We couldn’t eat more than two bites. It was so hard to chew tasted so bad. The frozen garlic bread is better than that thing we had. I went right away to the store and asked the person who was working to replace my food. She didn’t ask what wrong or anything she just said right away” sorry we can’t give out free food” I said very politely that I just ordered this and this doesn’t taste fresh or good. And she kept repeating herself that “ we can’t give out free food I will be in trouble if I do that”.
I said so what am I supposed do now? And she said “ well you can call our manager on Monday and see what you can do”. I said what about now she said “ I can’t do anything” and kept repeating herself.
After sometime she said okay I can give quick call to my manager and her manager said yes you can replace the food. I said I want refund now I don’t want to buy anything from here anymore and she said no we can’t give you refund but we can replace I said okay then make me pizza and I will pay you the difference what ever the extra is and she said “ sorry I can’t give you anything else but this” I said I will pay the extra money whatever it is and she again kept repeating herself. I asked her what about customer service and satisfaction and she again repeated herself that “sorry we can’t give out free food”. My whole point was I had paid for that food lol I wasn’t asking for free?!
Please do not go to this place they make pizza in advance and the food is not fresh. And the customer service is less than zero. She kept showing me attitude. Didn’t even apologize once and rather kept arguing.
Such a bad management. And whoever the manager is please make sure “ if you don’t want this things to happen again and again do not make good in advance just because you could save time and labour cost” you have very nice management skills I believe but just a small tip for free ( unlike your food) please learn good customer service skills it will help...

Read more21st September 2024, Saturday 7:20 pm. A front desk guy wearing silver chain ⛓️ in the neck, having a ring in a hand tall and fit person behaves badly to doordash delivery driver. I have to write description because he even don't have guts to say his name.
He talks rudely to everyone and his attitude is not acceptable and polite at all.
I request management to take a look at this issue as placing this guy on front desk will rune the business adversely.
