Drive thru how you continously do us wrong. The other day I ordered a quarter pounder BLT no Mayo allergy. Person on speaker repeats it back ok, person at till ensures it states "no chicken sauce (mayo)" person handing it to me confirms they verified no mayo, drive to parking space to verify - covered in mayo! Go inside ask for manager, get deer in headlights look, ask for manager again - finally get manager who when asked if they take food safe to heart or not stated "yes". I explained the situation, got replacement burger with a half hearted apology for almost giving me a severe allergy reaction. The burger was on a ripped bun with wilted lettuce, a tiny piece of tomato, 1 strip of bacon and a couple onions - I gave up and just carried on with my day. Fast forward to today, ordered a simple ice cream cone and medium coke. One would think they cannot screw it up until the try to hand you an ice cream barely on the cone that you can't grab as you are driving for them to dump it in a ice cream cup and tell you that's the best they can do. So, the best I can do is leave my epic review and say unless they get better management and service, avoid this location. I will attach the ice cream fiasco...

One horrible thing after another has made me decide on never visiting this location again!
Completely empty restaurant, yet they managed to mess up almost everything about our experience.
The trays passed over the counter were coated in some kind of disgusting grease / food residue, getting all over my hands and clothes.
Kids ordered apple slices. Instead, all 3 of us were provided COLD hashbrowns.
My kids ordered pancakes, and 2 of the 3 were so hard I couldn't even cut them with the knife. Making it worse was no butter available.... really no butter?
My coffee was burnt and undrinkable!
My breakfast sandwich was cold, with half the cheese not even melted.
And the cherry on top was an overflowing trash can that I couldn't even dispose of our garbage! First thing in the morning in an empty restaurant!
Clearly, quality control has gone out the window here, and honestly, it's left me pretty bitter to visit ANY mcdonalds location!
Should have been a nice boxing day breakfast experience for two young boys, and it could not...

Pretty ridiculous. Now on top of this, called the store to which it had infinite ringing and no answer⦠tried again and same deal⦠I then contacted skip support when I believed Iād never receive the items to which they pretty much told me to kick rocks. In detail- they told me it will be delivered eventually and when I asked if it will never show up what do I do, they simply āleft the chatā leaving me lost on what to do.
Oh but it gets better. Upon FINALLY receiving the bag from McDonalds, I was missing half my order. The items I did get? (Fries) half full and cold. Iāve worked at this exact McDonalds location for 3 years with leaving the company being about 3 years ago and even though knowing from experience that night shift does Jack, is this really how much worse itās become? This is getting ridiculous for a major corporation like this. At this point do I just get scammed? Not everything I ordered and no refund from skip as apparently they refuse to...
