Serious Concern: Food Safety & Customer Service Issue at Pizza 73 North Side

Dear Pizza 73 Customer Service Team,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my experience at your North Side Lethbridge location on September 20, 2025, at approximately 8:30 pm.

I ordered two medium Butter Paneer pizzas for dine-in. Upon receiving our order, we discovered 2–3 hairs on one of the pizzas. When we brought this to the attention of staff, they did not apologize or handle the matter professionally. Instead, they dismissed our concern and brought out a large pizza we did not order, overloaded with butter sauce, making it inedible.

When we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, the customer service staff member was rude, unhelpful, and refused to provide their name. Although a cash refund was eventually offered, the attitude and lack of accountability were extremely disappointing.

As a customer of Pizza 73 for over 6 years, I find this experience unacceptable. Food safety and hygiene should never be compromised, and the way this issue was handled shows a serious lack of professionalism.
