A truck driver who had been on the road for many hours and was desperately in need of coffee , had to walk through a drive-thru at Tim Hortons. He was turned away and he explained that he could not drive because he's in a semi truck . They said if you don't have a vehicle that can fit we will not help you. Personally I think it was a race thing but that is just my opinion . But if you are a truck driver and you are reading this please do not use their services. If they don't have our back we will not have theirs. If they're not there for us in a time of crisis and they can't go out of their way a little bit then why should we go out of our way for them at all. Do not use Tim Hortons for anything. Also one time I was stranded in my vehicle was broken down and I didn't have a coat and it was -40 in Edmonton. After waiting inside for a tow truck they asked me to leave after 5 minutes and I explain to them I would freeze to death. They told me if I was not buying anything that I could not stay and I explain to them I was waiting for a tow truck and I had no coat and I did not count on my vehicle breaking down. Then I saw them dumping coffee out and I told them I don't have my wallet with me at the moment. It is at home. But if you could give me a cup of that black coffee you're dumping out then I will come back and give you money tomorrow. They said no the coffee is over 20 minutes old and we have to dump it out and you have to leave. I did not ask them for anything free until they were about to kick me out. I was more than happy to just sit there. I went and sat in my car for the next 45 minutes. I almost died that night. Thanks again Tim Hortons. And at the moment I was actually one of the people that delivered their products from the trains to their warehouse where they keep stuff cold. Like all that fresh stuff where they say it's baked daily but it's actually froze and sits there for months on end. If you are a truck driver in need of coffee Tim Hortons will turn you away during times of world crisis. I have put a notice up at my trucking company and many people are going off about it. The notice will stay up indefinitely and I will continue to let people know that we do not use Tim Hortons. Also please share this incident with everyone you...

Recently i made a visit at this location at 10:53 pm around i made a drive through order for a medium tropical green tea double double, i told the working drive-through associate to make sure its a Tropical green tea please! I was already getting late to my shift as she took 5 minutes to prepare the order for the car infront of me. After that I went to the window, pay with scan and pay through my app and i received my order. As soon as she gave me my order, i checked it while i was forwarding my car ahead and i realise she gave me wrong order. Its Not tropical green tea, it was peppermint tea. I drove back to the window as i was just slightly ahead of the drive through window. But unfortunately by the time i went to the window which was 5-6 seconds after she gave me the order, she already left! I honk 2-3 times but she didn’t come to the window back as she was ignoring me honking. As it was already 10:58 and i was getting late to my shift at 11, i just left and came to work.
In further, the reason i am making this complaint because this has happened to me 2-3 times before by the same customer service associate at the drive through within a month. Even after repeatedly telling her to make sure its tropical green tea, she still gives me peppermint tea. I have just registered complaint earlier about it when last time this happened to me before just 2 days ago on 7th july at 10:51 around. I ended up putting my concern about the customer service i received around 11:31 through email.
However, the only reason i go to this location as its on my way to my work at 11:00. I pay for my order and still if i am not getting what i want and instead the customer service associate at drive through gives me wrong order. Does it make any sense why should i go to this location!!! So, i really expect you guys to find me a solution for this. I don't appreciate getting treated like this! Hoping for any...

Today, April 9, 2022 at 1145 am, we drove to this branch and went to the drive thru, now this hindi lady was not very pleasant and just yelling her way to get our orders. I was doing the ordering on a passenger seat but I was trying so very hard like my head was almost on the driver’s window because my boyfriend can’t talk because of a tooth problem. I wanna do the ordering so it’s clear for them. When getting our orders, she told my bf in a very intimidating way, “Next time you do the ordering so we can hear you better” for us, there was no problem, she was yelling while taking our orders. I was shocked, so I gave her what she wants and told her don’t tell Us what to do. She handed our orders out and shut the windows on us, and we can actually hear her taking.. we didn’t have a clue if we get everything we ordered. I mean she can say whatever she think is right for next time but not the way she did to us. I worked for customer service for such a long time and I never treated my customers the way she did. I told my bf to park and I will have a talk to the mamager of the store, but of course the manager didn’t do anything!! While I was talking to her manager this lady looked like she was ready to fight me! That is some customer service you guys!!! Not surprised about it because I think the hindi lady is driving them all in that store and acting like she is the head of that store. No offense but the way she is, I don’t think she needs to be there. She didn’t even give us all our orders!!! This is handled and reported to the main office of Tim Hortons. To the manager of the this store, DON’T PUT THIS LADY OUT TO HANDLE CUSTOMER BECAUSE SHE CAN’T AND SHE DON’T HAVE THE QUALITY OF A GOOD WORKER. Sorry...
