I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and a pasta at 10:45pm Saturday January 8th for delivery. When it came I opened the box, and immediately could tell it was undercooked. The cheese on top was not melted. So I lifted the cheese and sure enough, the dough was completely raw. all the way to the edge. I called 310.1010 and talked to a guy. He put through a replacement for me and sent it out. It came, and the delivery guy was very apologetic. I opened the new pizza, and saw the exact same thing. Un-melted cheese. So again I moved the cheese around and this one was even more raw than the first. So I called them right back and told him this one was even worse. He said he would call the location to see what was going on. in 10 mins he called me back and said that the workers checked it and they said it was fine before sending it out. Anyone with 2 eyes could tell that was not the case. Apparently RAW pizza is the standard for this location. On the phone he offered to send out ANOTHER pizza and of course I said no. Then all he said he could do was a credit for he pizza. Not my money back. At this point I don't even care about the $13.00 I paid, what I care about is that they think raw pizza is okay. The gathering was rescheduled and I tried to cancel or adjust my order in the app, which directed me to call my location. After many attempts to call with no success I decided to go in person. I went to the location before the started making the food. When I asked why the number did not work they had no idea and did not attempt to resolve the issue. In person they could not give any indication of whether the app points I had used could be returned to me if I cancelled the order, and when I said I would keep the portion of my order the points had purchased they stated they could not do this but tried to charge me the full price. When I stated I would consider either keeping the original order or just cancelling altogether they stated that they had already canceled the order and would have to re-enter it (but it did not have any of the discounts I had online). I determined I would cancel the order altogether. I lost the loyalty points in the app, lost time to their inept service, and they have lost me...

Here are some of the reasons behind their one-star rating:
When I brought the pizzas home, they were only partially sliced through. A few slices were the size of my thumb, and the rest looked like the entire pizza had been divided in three. They simply did not take the time to properly slice the pizza. By the time I split the pizzas, it had been damaged and appeared to have come from a trash can.
I was really hungry and I paid a lot of money for that pizza, but after that encounter, I lost my appetite and they destroyed my entire evening.
Second, despite being advised to arrive in 30 minutes, the pizza was already made when I arrived. The pizza was completely cold. I don't think they prepared the pizza fresh; it appeared that someone had returned it, but they simply gave it to me.
Third, the staff does not make eye contact with you. They do not say hello, goodbye, thank you, or welcome. They merely asked for my name and the amount they needed from...
