Mary Brown's Chicken — Restaurant in Lewis Farms

It's Mary Brown's Chicken. If you haven't been to this chain before, it's like KFC, except what you wished KFC's quality would be. Also, you pay more because the chicken is actually a decent quality.

I have been to this location more than ten times now.

I have ordered the fried chicken meals, and some sandwich meals.

Generally fast and friendly service.

Occasionally, they have forgotten to put the "spicy" sauce on a chicken burger, even when the receipt says that was ordered.

They ask for my name, which is creepy. I guess that's a corporate thing. Not their fault. I make up a name and get on with life.

Quality is consistent, and they don't mess up orders much. In my opinion, it's better to get a slightly wrong order here than to deal with the KFC bowel problems later.

We ordered Mary Browns for delivery. We bought the batters box and a kids pop in meal. We also got a complimentary spicy big Mary! The spicy big Mary was a wonderful burger and was great. The sauce, the chicken, everything was really yummy. We also got the Batters box. It came with 6 pieces of spicy chicken, 2 biscuits, gravy, saucesand some medium taters! We preferred the spicy big Mary more than the chicken, but the chicken was still really good. I loved the biscuits, although I’d probably call them bread more. The subtle hint of sweet makes my mouth water. The taters paired with the gravy make an excellent combo. It’s one of the best fries and sauce combos I’ve ever tried. Please fully train all of your your employees. I tried to claim a birthday coupon and NOT A SINGLE ONE of the employees knew how to redeem it. Unfortunately for me, there seemed to be a manager's meeting at that branch at that time. They were important-looking people who were holding clipboards and talking to each other. The employees were too afraid to interrupt the managers so I had to wait. I stepped aside and as many as 10 other customers were served before me. At some point in time I was getting really irate and I wasn't sure if I should just leave or wait some more. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes which is too long for any customer.
