These people are as malicious as they are bad at baking.

My friend got stale bread and they flat out call him a liar. I was with him the whole time and tried it too. We did try calling, but there was no answer and by the time we noticed the item was stale, we were already past Bridgewater on the 103.

This is very petty and nasty behaviour. Grow up...

What a fantastic find in Liverpool! We had spent a weekend near Liverpool a couple summers ago and had tried to get to this bakery then but it was closed in weekends... so this time we ordered ahead and visited in Friday before heading to our weekend accommodation. Delicious sourdough breads, pastries and an awesome selection of foods, coffee, and household items. We can't wait to visit again on our next trip...

Fantastic fresh bread. I was passing through on vacation and bought a loaf of the wholemeal soughdough and was not disappointed. At 10am it was still warm fresh out of the oven. A few hours later when I made some sandwiches from it I discovered an even and firm constancy - neither too dry nor too moist, and it sliced perfectly.
